    i just got my rear tire kit from these guys and have ridden it a few places. this thing is a BEAST now. it easily doubles the traction of the rear tire... there is just no comparison at all. i would never go back to the stock setup.
    the kit arrived WELL packaged and machined to perfection. every aspect of working with these guys have been incredible. i also went with the 57 tooth sprocket for more low end torque and its just really impressive.
    if you need or want more traction and a WAY more comfortable ride due to the fat atv tires you will not be disappointed in this purchase!!

    Love mine! I went with the Kenda Mastodon AT 25x8 12 because it was the most aggressive tire I could find that was still DOT approved.

    how about this with your disc brake kit?

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts
      @bradleyperformanceproducts  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It will fit, it is just a harder install. The caliper and disc is a tighter fit on the 12" wheel. The caliper won't slide over the disc during install so the disc has to be left loose and once the caliper is on then the disc can be tightened. They work well together once installed.

    Hey there Brad... I just installed your 26" big wheel kit on my 2019 TW 200 and I love it.. it would be great to see a video on installing the front conversion, is it possible to put the same 26" tire on the front?

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts

      I will work on the front installation video. Yes the 26 will work on the front but just like the rear, it is very tight and would definitely require a high fender mount.

    My first attempt of making my dub, a fat tired creature was met by compete and utter failure…however! I ordered your kit' and followed your link, here! I’m gonna turn this frown, upside down! There are no words in the English language to describe how happy I really am ✊ This is how the turkeywhistle should have been designed in the first place. Well, that and a 250cc would of been nice…my favorite motorcycle of all time.
    If u get pulled over and Smokey asks if it’s a road legal tire, all u need to say is it says “radial’ right next to the word “maxxis” 😀

    I just pulled mine apart to check brakes and bearings after being installed about a year.
    The bearing on my brake side can spin inside of the hub and easily removed by hand. The bearing outer race looked like it had been a little hot at one point. The bearings themselves feel good though. Should I be concerned?

      @@bradleyperformanceproducts hey thanks for the quick response!
      One other thing, I got it all back together, and I can move my rear wheel left to right slightly. When it is slid to the left, my sprocket is lightly contacting a nut. It looks like welded to the inside of my swing arm. Did I loose an axle washer/spacer maybe? I’ll just take a cut off wheel to that nut so it doesn’t contact the sprocket but I haven’t noticed this left to right movement (1/8-1/4”) before.

  • @robertloudenslager1581

    So im interested in the 25" fat tire system. I have already installed the rear disc brake and realize that it will work with your fat tire system. I also want to go to a 60 tooth sprocket due to using the TW strictly off road. But to add to the mix, I also want to do a swing arm extension. Will the swing arm extension work with a fat tire kit and the rear disc brake system? With all that being said, what size chain would you run with the 60 tooth and swing arm extension.... As you can see, Im just trying to get the most out of the TW for off roading. Thanks.

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts
      @bradleyperformanceproducts  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The short answer is yes it will all work together. There may need to be some slight trimming on the front of the rear disc caliper bracket to clear the swingarm extension depending on your chain adjustment. You will need close to 140 links if my math is correct.

    I have the. 26 inch Bradley tire installed for already a couple of months highway and offroad the best Decision I made. Just one question what would be the PSI for Highway and I got a nail stuck in the tire on one of the knobs. Hoping it will be an easy patch up not sure if the tire is tubeless. But this tire is a must for the TW200

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts
      @bradleyperformanceproducts  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      On highway pressure it is a tossup. It's whatever feels good to you since it isn't a highway tire. I would say higher pressure on the road for sure. We generally run 5-7 off-road and I would say 10-12 on road. Hope that helps some.

    Does that fat tire conversion work in compatibility with the rear disc brake conversion?

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts
      @bradleyperformanceproducts  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it will, it is just a little different install. The caliper needs to be on the disc when bolted to the disc hub. Otherwise it won't slide inside the wheel. Not ideal but it works.

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts
      @bradleyperformanceproducts  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The handling with the 26 isn't as friendly. We have determined that it is mostly from the increased ride height in the back from the taller tire. We have been able to offset the handling issue by raising the front to match and it seems to improve dramatically.

    Can you give us mounting tips for getting the bead to seat on the trailer wheel? It is an ongoing discussion of the forums and people are really struggling. Mounting is a struggle, but getting the bead to finally seat properly is the main problem. Thanks for everything.

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts
      @bradleyperformanceproducts  ปีที่แล้ว

      I will sure try. Give me some more info. Is this one of our ATV wheel conversions? Or another wheel? Or are you referring to people trying to mount the ATV tire on the OEM spoked wheel?

    • @matthewpeterson3329
      @matthewpeterson3329 ปีที่แล้ว

      @bradleyperformanceproducts There are several people on the TW200 forum who are trying various options. Some have bought your hub, and have found the "trailer" wheel online, as well as some other atv tire because they prefer a certain tread pattern. Some are trying to mount an atv rire on the stock spoked wheel. But the basic premise is that the bead is sooooo stiff, that they are airing them up past 60 psi and letting them sit until the bead eventually stretches and makes the final POP onto the bead. Lube, soap, grease... none of it helps, and it seems like there should be an easier way. Just thought you might have some insight. Thanks.

    • @bradleyperformanceproducts
      @bradleyperformanceproducts  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The problem mounting an atv tire on the stock spoked wheel is the number one reason we designed this kit years ago. Tube type wheels/tires and tubeless wheels/tires are actually two different dimensions. A 14" spoked motorcycle wheel is actually larger than a 14" atv or car wheel. To put the smaller ID atv tire on the larger OD spoked wheel requires either grinding material out of the tire bead to make it larger or massive amounts of air pressure to stretch it enough to go on. It is dangerous to say the least. We designed this kit about a decade ago after exploding a Maxxis big horn into the side of my wives car trying to mount it on the stock spoked wheel. They just weren't designed to work together.

    Best thing anyone can do for your TW200 is just get a 17 or 18 inch rear rim and 19 inch front. The bike will fix the largest of rear knobby and a 19 inch front open ups a big selection of front knobby tires. Mt buddy did this and it’s a Huge improvement for the bike and doesn’t rob any power like those ATV tires.
