It isn't that much of a difference. Going 1 mile above the speed limit is barely noticable. I can't believe a cop even took the time to ticket her for it.

Some cops are just shitty like that, it's unfortunate but true. They will do whatever it takes to make the quota- sometimes they just completely make up the number and write a ticket. They will literally pull something out of thin air. This happens every single day in the US.

This judge is very "HONORABLE!". He treats people with respect and has a heart of gold.
My favorite story is of a 97 year old man who passed a school bus lights on his way to taking his 65 year old son to the doctor. The judge commended him and never once condemned him. He thanked him for being a great father at his age.
@@BigManPVP The guy wasn’t really capable of driving, he just took his son for chemotherapy. He’s a 97 year old man, I am impressed if that’s the only mistake he made on the road. Sometimes you’ve just got to let those situations go, like the judge did.

A lot of time police clock you doing higher speeds and cut you a break doing something like 1 mph I was 10 mph one time and the cop put it as 5 because it was a lower cost ticket

1 Mile is well within the margin of error for a speedometer in every every car sold in America.

This is an example of what a judge should be. He listens not just to the words but to the body language making his rulings fair. He probably has fewer repeat offenders than any other judge anywhere.
