I appreciate that you did this live without editing. It was real that these things can be challenging, even to the professionals.

Great walkthrough! My main insights are:
    1. Quickly do the MC and focus on the long answer
    2. Keep long answer structured (e.g. customer concerns, supplier/production & distribution channel considerations) and always interpret numbers, put into context of e.g. market share
    3. Finally, for recommendation in the end make judgement concise up front and include considerations derived in the previous long answers.

Hello can you please elaborate further which quantitative areas/problems were tested ? e.g. breakeven, growth calculation.. How would you advise us to prepare ?

      @@ferinqo26 Hi there, I can’t recall exactly.
      The question
You are being approach by a refrigerator company. “Kelvin” the sales manager or something, wanted to launch such event, that was tied to a baseball game coming soon. If B won the game, all refrigerator sold during the event will be given out as free “ supposed to be cash back or some ways, didn’t mention or I can’t recall”
The win rate of B is 10 percent.
It asked, by how much do we need to mark up to cover up the cost and makes profits, expected revenue (which u might need to take in the risk factor)
It then gives you more information such as the expectation of selling unit as compared to the selling price ( marked up percentage)
Can’t really recall all of it or close. Advice for y’all? Erm, be more prepared for complex quantitative questions, so that you can think clearly under time constraints.
For my question. There is total around 7 big question. 4 quantitative and 3 quantitative. But under each quantitative question there is 3-4 sub questions.

the standard answer to market sizing does not include price... the result is children tennis player population, not the market size! so 666k is not 30% of the market share...
