    The effort the boys put into their video's is testament to their passion and belief in their music.....gotta love that.

    I really love the new album. Every song is badass in it's own.
    Belgiums royals were hardcore to say the least.
    King Alfred fought alonside his soldiers, the Queen worked as a nurse on the front. Even Prince Leopold, then only 12 years old, enlisted in the Belgian army as a private.

    Another great Sabaton song 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻🔥 Wonder how cold the got on this one? On the Bismark one, Tommy was saying he couldn't even move his fingers. They were frozen 😂

    The title of the song refers to the "Race to the Sea". The term describes reciprocal attempts by the Franco-British and German armies to envelop the northern flank of the opposing army through the provinces of Picardy, Artois and Flanders, rather than an attempt to advance northwards to the sea. They ended up reaching the sea and settling into the well-known trench warfare.

    The flemish lowlands were flooded by opening the locks at the port of Nieuwpoort and jamming the mechanism to prevent closing. This caused the German army to retreat and gave time to the French for organizing entranchment.
