I have had many bus drivers drive past me - I live in Surrey - this year alone I've been late for work 7x - transit promised more bus service less waiting less crowding all the while raising their fares twice in one year - anyone that has a bus drive past (video tape it on ur phone) take a taxi and Sue the transit company for refund - maybe if customers started doing that they'll step up they're game
My local company - Faresaver, has been getting more and more crowded. To deal with this they bought new double deckers to use on the peak services instead of single deckers. A company run properly!

Parts of the route runs on a highway/freeway and parts of it is in city stop and go traffic. Anyways with so many immigrants lately, they can just make the more experienced Hk drivers drive the 301 route.
In terms of accessibility for wheelchairs and strollers, I would say those points are somewhat redundant considering the stop is located next to what seems to only be a compost site and a gas station.

How hard can it be to get a construction company on site to install a glass bus stop near the treeline and then remove those barricades? The moment someone calls to the city to complain they should send someone out to investigate and then proceed to file an order to make the necessary changes. Otherwise your infrastructure will slowly collapse because you're ignoring the problems. A functioning public transportation system is necessary for a country to function well.
I have seen worse bus stops then that. Rt1 and Lincoln Ave in Beltsville MD you have the closest bus stop to the DMV with no crosswalk to get to the the side of the street businesses are on so you have to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get anywhere as you have guard rails blocking you from walking in ether direction on that side of the street.
That could be band aid fixed easily by removing one concrete barrier and putting up temporary fence/gate or plastic barrier with a gap in it even. Is this still an issue in 2020?
