- Pre-orders have gone live for the brand new Soldiers of Fortune action figure wave by Fresh Monkey Fiction so let's take a moment to discover them together.
Coming later this year - I'm super excited for more from Fresh Monkey Fiction after the great experience I had with the Operation: Monster Force figures that dropped late last year. I'll most definitely be exploring this line (as well as Fresh Monkey Fiction's parallel lines Operation: Monster Force and Order of the Crimson Moon) and watching how they further develop with great interest.

11:32 really like this guy too
Great video Chris! I'm so glad Kapow are really working with Bill from Fresh Monkey and Big Bad Toy Store, I had been speaking to Andy at Kapow about these lines months ago, so it's great to see them up for preorder!
Thanks Mark. I'm really glad too - the shipping & tax from BBTS was getting a little too much for the wallet to handle!
Yeah I’m loving the stuff there putting out , can’t wait for them
They've started super strong with the Operation Monster Force stuff that dropped late last year, I really enjoyed those figs. My only concern is that there is A LOT on pre-order right now with only 1 wave in hand so I'm hoping for a good year and that delays don't become too onerous. I suspect (as I mentioned to another commenter) that the re-use tooling for this line means it should be a better turnaround though.
They are making a lot of good stuff!! Most excited about that hood, of course
Yep - I thought that one would catch a few eyes LOL ;)
Awesome run through Chris. I'm deffo into a couple of these and the fact they are shipping this year is very very exciting.
Thanks Conor! Presumably, because of the level of tooling re-use, the turnaround isn't as extreme as it was with that very first wave of Operation Monster Force - which is a good thing!
They all looked fantastic, but the only one I really want is the Soldiers of Fortune - The Enemy. The hooded "Cobra Commander" in the business suit look 100% works for me as a younger version of Cobra Commander when he was just starting Cobra.
Yeah - that one's a head turner for us GI Joe fans for sure. Like I said - definitely a happy coincidences and not intentional on Fresh Monkey Fiction's part at all LOL ;)
@@MoDXtraGC **wink wink** lolol
That sir was not cobra he started it was Arbco lol

Glad I found another cool channel for a UK collector! I have to admit these look awesome, but I am a bit disappointed that FMF seem to be going all out on 1:12 scale figures and leaving the 1:18 scale in the dirt. I started collecting their figures off of the 1:18 offering and would buy pretty much all of these figures in that scale. In a world of Marauder Task Force and Chicken Fried Toys it felt like FMF had found their own niche, so I really hope they announce more figures at that scale soon.
Thanks Tom.
I'm not much of a 1:18 collector, but I'm pretty sure Fresh Monkey Fiction have recently announced a parallel Monster Force sub-line for the 1:18 Eagle Force brand. Don't quote me on that (Like I say - not a big 1:18 guy here) but I feel like I saw that? And some other stuff I think - so hopefully you'll not be as under-served as you fear. Fingers crossed for ya bud :)
@@MoDXtraGC I shall keep my fingers crossed!!! Keep up the great work with your content - went on a deep dive through some of your videos, and really enjoy your insights. I don't collect larger scales but watch videos on them...and if I had the money and space, I definitely would!!!
@@TomJurassic That's awesome! Thanks for hitting the library man! I really appreciate that, and your kind words :)
I really like these
They look good, don't they? Any in particular caught your eye as the leader of the pack?
They are worth a look now
They certainly are!
I love these figures. Hopefully they will have them (or at least samples) at JoeFest this year. Thanks for getting these on my radar!
You bet Curtis - thank YOU for watching :) Would be great to see some samples. They did some little video show & tells for Operation Monster Force back when the first wave was warming up - maybe something along those lines too could happen?
There goes $80 for two crimson twins bodies and a hooded Cobra commander
Yeah - that figure is such a coup in the sense that it will turn the heads of Joe fans in just the way you describe. LOL
Purely coincidence, of course ;)
@@MoDXtraGC If Hasbro would handle some business, 3rd parties wouldn't have to :D
@ For real - but I just count myself lucky we do have FMF LOL
Like them all alot
They look good, don't they? Any one in particular you're favourite so far?
@MoDXtraGC yellow. Gonna look good next to Wolverine
17:56 did you hear about the Valaverse Street Force? Some human thugs in the future for 20 dollars
No - I wasn't aware of that! Is there an announcement around somewhere? Or some preview piccies of some kind? I'll investigate :)
@MoDXtraGC he said it on the 3POA show when they were reviewing the Street Humans Kickstarter

There is also a special one with PD Destro colors of crimson and leopard print balaclava, I believe it’s an BBTS exclusive or only available if you order them all. Great video brother!
There is. You're right - its a BBTS exclusive you receive if you order the whole line with them. I totally forgot about it because I was using our UK based FMF supplier (Kapow Toys) as my reference point and they don't have it. I'll be a bit more thorough in future - I knew about it but it slipped my mind when I came to make the vid LOL
The yellow one looks like one of the guys from A.I.M. And would work great as their security
That's a good shout - another example of how this line just FITS with all the other 6" stuff we collect. :)
Hey Chris, in a previous video you requested ideas for possible future videos. As my collection is rapidly ballooning and I'm running out of display space, I'd love to hear how you store your 6" figures and accessories. It may sound trivial but I think myself and other collectors would find it very useful. Cheers!
Oh wow. I'm not sure you'd want that - it's actually a horror show LOL
I tell you what - I'll pop some photos up in the next few days over on Insta or on the Community tab here and you can have a peek and decide from there if a more detailed work through would be useful after all LOL ;)
Keep the suggestions coming man! :)
@@MoDXtraGC OK, thanks Chris. I'll check those out!
@ Coming soon man - I'll try to do it for you at the weekend when I've not got all my "Work from Home" stuff out
@@MoDXtraGC No hurry. Appreciate it!
I'm really interested in the agent and the spy feels like I can do a scene in a casino, suburb or city not necessarily directly on the battlefield. I wish they would have had an optional head to make that one character Matthew Burke from GI Joe. The saboteur is interesting too
Yeah - that's why they're so head turning - just open up a whole world of fun with the display set ups etc. You could do some interesting stuff! Time for a new dio table Bobby? A casino scene? ;)
I don't see any of these figures on BBTS anymore.... I pre-ordered several a couple weeks back when they first dropped but now they're all gone
They're there - I just did a little search for "Soldiers of Fortune" and they came up. Looks like they've not batched them up with the other Fresh Monkey Fiction stuff and listed them as "Big Bad Workshop" instead. Hope that helps?
@MoDXtraGC thank you!!
@ You're welcome :)
Isn't there another leopard print guy too?
Oh yes! You are right - there is. He's not an individual listing though, he's a BBTS exclusive that you get if you do a whole wave order so I completely forgot about him when I prepped the vid because our UK supplier (Kapow Toys) doesn't have him on their catalogue.
I'll be a bit more thorough in future - thanks :)
That’s cobra commander
Nah - it's surely just a coincidence 😉
A dinner suit or (Tuxedo) shouldn't really have pocket flaps and it needs a satin or grosgrain facing on the lapels. This is basically just a black suit with a black bowtie.
You are, of course, correct. A man who knows his sartorial styles ;)
The black camo is tits man. But I surely don’t mind a barmy army!! lol
LOL
All for the barmy stuff!
