He is a jealous God because He is the only God. You can't have other gods. He is a jealous God because there is nothing in existence that can be compared to Him. A human leader is still human like all of us, just because he/she is a human doesn't make them superhuman he should not be jealous. There's no one like God, he should be jealous when we worship any other thing.

"A True Leader Can Never Be Jealous"
The bible says "(Exodus 20:5-6): “ I the Lord your God am a jealous God"
I guess God can never be a true leader.
