    George Michael was saying" I'll be your daddy", before it was even cool to say" I'll be your daddy"! He was my 1st celeb crush, and his voice is so beautiful and ethereal... like an angel. He was literally one of the biggest stars in the 80's, 90's and 00's. He will be forever missed. 💙

      GM loved female models in his videos. I’m guessing is was to throw the public off on his sexuality.

    Hi, Yes, George was smooth but more than that he was & still is real! A man who can write & sing ( amongst everything else in his music, Literally ) his heart with so much love, inspiration, hope, & feeling & make It with so much real emotion is more than one of a kind! From a woman's or a man's point of view, this is LOVE! I believe It's the kind of love we all want & need! I'm not talking about the video, I'm talking about his story through the music. George wrote his songs about the seasons of his life, and what he was experiencing or had experienced. This is how we all came to know him, as a person, & what he was most about with is love! I can say honestly that George has helped me through life by being so relatable. He's helped me through ups & downs & he's the only one that when I feel great & want to celebrate that I choose to enjoy It with! As you will see, I'm not the only one that feels this way. The one thing you will also see & hear is the different meanings depending on what you need at the time, will change in a growing way & make you more aware of your own life & maybe even some answers for you to contemplate on. George never grows old, you never tire of him. After learning a little more of his music, I suggest you turn into the man himself. This kind of human being is very rare. George is down to earth, honest almost to a fault, humble, kind, hilarious, classy, and professional, there are so many admiral things. You can If you choose, learn more about George through his interviews, recording sessions, live performances, & as we all learned after his passing his philanthropy. This was not elaborated on when these acts of love actually happened. Well, I'm sure you by now know how George has not only impacted my life in such a large way, I believe you'll understand just why & how he wasn't only loved, but Profoundly LOVED! I very much enjoy your reactions. I believe you are on your way to being astonished by this man & admiring him. Happy you found out about him & learn just how special George has been in the lives of many others. Hopefully you as well! LOL, ALWAYS REMEMBER GEORGE AND KEEP THE MUSIC PLAYING! Till next time my friend, ENJOY!🎤😎🎶🎶🎶💞💖 around the 🗺

    @Life With Recklezz
    You’re right, George was up there with Freddie Mercury, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, etc...When he went solo, it was like the lion was let loose. As for freaky, singers, like actors, can play many roles...George was in the closet for many years. He wasn’t as open as Freddie or Elton regarding his sexuality.
    Having said that, please react to “Too Funky”. All the women, like Freedom ‘90, were the legit supermodels of the 90’s...when that hype & $ was real 😸 Also, like Madonna, George used cutting-edge, very editorial fashion designer, Thierry Muhgler (sp?) for his video. Magnificent!
    He was an amazing talent. There will never be another George Michael 🖤🌹🖤🧛🏻‍♀️

      I don't believe George Michael is underated artist he was huge in the 80's in the USA. He was huge in Europe his entire career.

    • @hazey51
      @hazey51 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MrBjorn6 Well, see, I was a teen when Wham! first came on the scene in 1983, and yes they were huge. But there seems to be a thing with Europeans enjoying a much broader range of music for a much longer period of time and Americans...not so much. I mean, Queen remained huge in Europe while they were largely ignored in the US after the first blockbuster albums. So from my perspective, he really is underrated.

    The movie you're referring to is "The Outsiders," which had a mega cast before they were stars, including Tom Cruise, Patrick Swayze, Emilio Estevez, Ralph Macchio, Matt Dillon, and Diane Lane. C. Thomas Howell played Pony Boy, which is the character who had to bleach his hair. They were called "greasers," which is what George Michael looks like to you in the video. George was a beautiful man with a gorgeous, rich voice who could sing anything and make it sound perfect. He was born to be on stage. I grew up loving Wham!, and was shocked when he died so young.

    George loved different types of music if you go back where it all began with Wham he and Andrew were friends from school, and the two female backing singers I know Shirley went to school with George, not sure if Pepsi did, but in his very short life he wrote and recorded quite a few different sounds

  • @teensymom1420

    George was just one of a kind. One of the best vocalist of all time IMO. He is real deal and you can tell by his live performance. I know you saw a glimpse of it with his live duet with Elton John. There are a lot of great performances out there to check out. His performance of "Somebody To Love" is legendary, really. Nobody expected much from George that night given the big names on the ticket for that show. Euen Queen's guitarist Brian May said that George was the best gig of the night and that at times he could hear Freddy singing during that song. High praise indeed. Put that one on your list. Another one of my favorites is his live performance of "Living in the City" with Stevie Wonder. Man, if that performance doesn't get your heart racing, nothing will. Check um out, you won't be sorry.

    This song is such a mood. One of his best. Yeah, he definitely had a greaser look going on in this video. The leather jacket was a big deal in regards to his persona at this time. That’s why it went up in flames in Freedom 90, which I believe you already reacted to. Don’t know if you caught it, but George is being an obsessed stalker in this video, but the daddy line definitely pops out at you. 😅

    George was always someone who broke the mold. Not only musically but what he gave us as an image. He once said in an interview that he did not have a stylist. Everything you saw him wear in his videos was what he was walking around in. He was a very smooth guy. More than that he was a lyrical genius. There’s a reason he won six Ivor Novello awards for songwriting. Keep diving into his music. You haven’t arrived at his jazzy stuff yet. Absolutely beautiful.

    I must add because you commented on this, This image George portrayed was not George at all. That's why after the Faith album (first solo album) S*#! hit the fan with his record company! George took the to court, 6 mils. $ later & several yrs. later he lost, but for him, It was a waste of time. The winner, in the end, was GEORGE, find out why through one of his interviews on the subject! Always remember the truth always comes out of the horse's mouth! In other words, you can get the whole story truthfully from George, you can bank on It! 😄

    I think the movie your talking about is The Outsiders.Love George Michael was a sexual and music icon. He was in Wham with Andrew Wrigley Wake Me Up is poppy Cathy kinda song different than him alone.Hes alot more mature on his own.Ty good video.

    His talent was amazing. Lots of people commenting to make sure that you know he was gay. Not sure why that makes a difference 🤷🏼‍♀️
