What is your consolidating process as things sell? I assume you move inventory to other boxes as things sell. Do you do it as you go or do you set time out weekly, monthly, quarterly?

Hi! Yes everything just gets stacked down to the left. We do it when we need to, basically once a month. Takes about 3 hours :)

We recently removed our oldest 500 items from our store. So it will be a long time before we outgrow our space. I’m honestly not sure what the next move would be, there are lots of options :)
