Actually, the hate comments weren't talking about Kanata. Most of them were complaining about PomPoms turning down requests for example. The one comment that seemed to come from someone Kanata cheered on was actually a positive comment. lol
That considering, I feel that Anna blaming Kanata was unjustified. Kanata was just a convenient target for Anna to vent her frustration. I also think Anna shouldn't have dismissed the idea of dividing the team into smaller groups to cheer more people. That was actually a really good idea that could have solved everything but Anna was opposed to it.

Oh yeah I agree that Anna shouldn't have vented at Kanata, but I get that she was extremely emotional since her dream channel was crumbling so she snapped. Neither of them are blameless and I like that
