I called the company and they said to run 50% white vinegar with clean drinking water through it for 30 minutes. Pump it in the outlet. I used a simple fish tank pump. I have pictures if you want. I ran mine for 3 hours. You could run it overnight if you wanted to.

Why won’t mine stay lit? Worked great for about 2 weeks now it runs about 5 seconds and goes out. Full propane tank, 40 psi of water, I don’t get it

I had the same problem if I turned the cold water knob up to high. Found a sweet spot but it's almost to warm. But it stays on heat. Try adjust both knobs at the same time .

For a growing company this is horrible quality. Informative but I hear the camera operator breathing and the cars in the background. It could be much better produced to sell your product. I just got one for $9.00 on an Amazon resale app.
