The middle knob with snowflake and sun? Snowflake for colder air temps kicks on second burner. Sun is for warmer air temps so just single burner fires up.

I called the company and they said to run 50% white vinegar with clean drinking water through it for 30 minutes. Pump it in the outlet. I used a simple fish tank pump. I have pictures if you want. I ran mine for 3 hours. You could run it overnight if you wanted to.

Gasland Chef 24 inch single wall oven ES606MB quit suddenly in the middle of Thanksgiving meal preparations and does nothing. Very disappointing! Can NOT get help from either Lowe's where it was purchased due to the warranty still being on it and Not from the company who made it.
