Must read my comment before you try the recipe....... I tried your recipe today... And that's really fantastic... I noticed two things in the process...
First is....You mentioned 1 hour rest for the fermentation.. But it takes a little more time basing on the climatic conditions and weather...
And the second... This is for the people who are baking in the oven... I just baked it for 23 mins at 200°c.. And that's done....

Flour- 1& 1/2 Cup
Yeast- 1 Tsp
Salt- 1/4 Tsp
Sugar- 3 Tbsp
Truti fruti- 3Tbsp
Mix well
Luke warm water (as required)
Kneed 10-15mins
Oil- 2Tbsp
Make a soft dough
Brush oil on dough and let it rise for 1Hour at warm place
