      You can apply any of the Sculplla products after using your LightStim but not before. If you use them before, they will interfere with the light penetration.

    I am taking the jump and ordering the Neogenesis Recovery serum. I am 34, but have dry combination skin with rosacea. I am also ordering the Azulene and vit c from dr Esthe’s line. I love your videos, they are very informative!

    incase anyone is wondering: THIS ALSO WORKS FOR ACNE!
    I am 20, no wrinkles yet besides some under eye creases.
    my esthetician recommended it for my acne and it’s done wonders in combo with skincare/lifestyle choices.
    I get hormonal acne cysts on my neck, last night one was very large and painful, but after using the light last night it has gone down a ton and is tiny!
    your skin is so beautiful! I’m exited to also use it as a tool for graceful aging/only having the winkles from wisdom, not from UV damage or other external sources. ; ) my mom is in her 50s and is aging so gracefully, I hope I look just like her someday.

    I don't know how old you are and do not mean to be rude but your skin on your face is beautiful . I am interested in the lightsteam as i want to address some scarring / injuries made by an incompetent aesthetic doctor ... never again ... do not buy the so call " injure your skin to get younger skin as inflamed skin can create serious scarring . Watching you it seems we can choose which light to use with the lightsteam instead of all of them together ? thank you because i was hesitating and i am kind of tired to spend quite a lot of money to be disappointed to say the less .Thanks !

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good for you! Be careful with using isolated growth factors such as EGF. They can cause inflammation and should never be used by anyone that has had skin cancer or skin abnormalities. They encourage irregular cell growth. It is better to stick with whole cell such as stem cell released cytokines such as those found in NeoGenesis or AnteAge.

    • @ArtofSkinCare

      Yes, Recovery can be used on your skin but it won't address blackheads. I would add an enzyme cleanser such as this one: www.artofskincare.com/dr.-esthe-enzyme-deep-clear-powder-wash-AO6001.html
      The LightStim for Wrinkles can be used on the body. It will not eliminate varicose veins but it will help strengthen the veins and reduce the appearance of new ones.

      LED will not heal the varicose veins that you already have. It may help strengthen capillary walls to help keep more from occurring. It is used on clean dry skin. The LightStim for Pain would be the best choice for the body. It is stronger.

    I don’t like having to hold a device. What do you think about red lights that are stand alone devices that you sit in front of for ten minutes? Phyllis

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Many are not strong enough unless they are laying right on the skin. We have the Celluma panels which are among the highest rating but we still get better results with the LightStim. This is especially an issue on the neck. You need to get right on the skin to be effective.

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I keep thinking about this. There have been recalls on the LED devices that shine into the eyes. Additionally, panels and masks do not bend so they are not versatile when it comes to using them on other parts of the body such as the crook of the neck. I hope this is helpful. -J

      @ArtofSkinCare  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Tina! If they are very deep set it will take a long time to see results, but they will soften. It won't be as dramatic or as instant as botox though.

    • @cv7958
      @cv7958 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. Things like light therapy, retinoids, growth factors always work best as a preventative and/or a remedy for fine lines, superficial hyperpigmentation etc. The deeper the issue, the more aggressive the treatment protocol. It’s the equivalent of wanting to use retinoids for noticeable jowls… at a certain point, you have to accept it or go the plastic surgery route. For deep set wrinkles, it’s learn to live with it or use a neuromodulator like Botox, Xeomin etc. Light therapy, retinoids, laser treatments and hydration as a combination can soften them but you’d have to manage expectations because the lines are etched into the skin at this point

    I have rosacea with hyperpigmentation (sunspots) I also suffer from chronic pain. I was recommended a Red LED Lamp (bulb) without NIR (also has a built in fan) and I also can get a stand to place the bulb in, so that way I can place it where I need too. The LightStim is powerful and FDA-approved for strength and efficacy. I am going to stick with that. @@amommyof2637 LIght therapy and RF are different modalities. Your implant should not be a problem with either. LED is the place to start for most people. It will stimulate deep healing on so many levels. From thee surface to DNA damage, the LightStim is a holistic healing mechanism. My RF device is the MBK Curve. I advice clients to add this or micro current after LED. RF is a skin tightener. It smooths and firms the skin surface. There are many types of micro current. Some focus on muscle stimulation to firm muscles, some focus on detoxification and ATP production. My recommendation would depend on your age and the signs of aging that are concerning you but most of us are suffering from environmentally induced premature aging and the first solution for that is the LightSim and NeoGenesis stem cell released cytokines using either their Skin Serum or Recovery Serum, depending on your age and severity of damage.
