He believed he now had god-like power simply because he got some nukes that could allow him to blow up the world then use Yuria as his baby mama to start a new society. Plus he learned a few new moves and got to his tougher form faster than in his first fight with Kenshiro.
Well Targa are actually pretty weird and quite unique Character. he using handgun which is very rare in hokuto universe, seems to underestimate martial arts but he actually knew few taijutsu move and even capable of Copying Nadai's moveset and he was also a cyborg. move super fast like speedster (probaly because of his Cyborg Augmentation). sadly his character are shit if only he has better character and at least a decent backstory and not just some Speedy Bastard with Gun he could end up being quite good character and a villain in general
@@fasjab Yeah it quite baffling choice for final boss since Targa didn't really get any drastic power up. since he lost to Kenshiro before and look like a weak guy compare to Kenshiro
would those missiles really have done that much damage to the world there was less than 10 of them. even if they went off there is a really small chance they would hit anywhere to make a difference. they couldn't be even that powerful since ken and yuria survived in the case and there was no visible damage to the city.
The assumption is he died helping Ken & Yuria from being nuked, but I really believe he was going to come back as a different person (Kyo-Oh) if they did a sequel.

Of course the story in the game is different, but they could've done something to bring him back if he didn't actually die that correlates with the source material.
