My Seam ripper was the first thing I thought of when you read the question. Scissors, pins, clips and sewing gauge. I just learned the spray starch trick for a knit that is rolling. I am a convert. Your stuffed tenderloin looks awesome. I am moving slow this morning. I stayed up until 3am sewing. Who says Sewists can't party? 🎄🎄
Thanks for the video. Seam ripper, tape measure, needle thread tool, sizers, and pattern waits. Tip: To keep up with your seam ripper, put a hole in it, insert tread yarn into the hole, and attach the yarn to the sewing machine.
Yes, I even put strings on my wood tools to tie pencil and pencil sharpeners. Finding a sharp pencil doesn't take me forever when I need to mark something.
Oh there's so many different ways to consume pork! Yum yum yum! I love pork tenderloins! My husband makes shredded bbq pork and it is so good! Are you near Patrice from My Embellished Life? She lives in the Caribbean also.
Oh I love your list. The seam ripper for so much love in this video lol I love my disappearing ink pens too. Very handy and I’ve become so attached to my rotary cutter now ☺️
I cannot do without my rotary cutter, fabric marker, seam ripper, iron and my ruler or measuring tape! There’s so many tools I do not have that I will definitely be investing in for 2025.
Yes, that seam ripper!! I hated it at first because I considered myself a failure every time I had to use it ☹️. Tracing wheel and paper for transferring markings - rulers, I'm constantly measuring - Wash Away Wonder Tape, a must have for holding my zipper in place - and like you, my rotary cutter (although I have requested an electric scissor for Christmas🤞)
Seam ripper goes without saying really... I've got 8 (one in my travel bag I drag around through airports.) #2 tweezers (5 of them) #3 tape dispenser (with pkg of refills) ... hacking patterns so tend to tape them back up instead of tracing #4 chalk marker with that wheely thing #5 mechanical pencil with a thick lead & several color extra thin sharpies for making fabric But on my next visit to a hardware store I will be picking up a rechargeable headlamp. Saw on a blogger (beyond the pink door)... Not so much for sewing but for unpicking those seams while sitting on my bed or couch. Can't believe I've never thought of that before.
LOOOOOLLL at 8!!! Award for most seam rippers lol. Love that!!! AHHH I love my chaco liner too (with the wheels thingy) and that is a fantastic idea with the head lamp!!!!
So my 5 sewing must have are: seam ripper, fabric pen, wonder clips, rotary cutter and tracing wheel. Girl, you had me salivating over there with the stuffed pork. Simplicity really blindsided all of us. However, I do have a US shipping address, so let me know if I can be of assistance.
Hehehe thanks Pat!!! It was yummy. Yes simplicity really ain’t it!!! I have a US address too but whyyyy whhhyyyy is there another hurdle in the sewing space that makes life more difficult. Even PdF patterns. It’s ridiculous IMO
I totally agree its absolutely ridiculous. And to add further further insult, they didn't even consider their customers in the Caribbean and other regions.

Oh I forgot about my clips
I remember when I turned 25. You would have thought I turned 50. I needed extra naps during the day! I was working nights though😅😅😅.
LOOOOLLL what were you doing up until 3?? sewing??? Lol we are definitely in sync with the seam ripper.
@@ireneparker8253 3am? Go girl! 😁

That's such a great idea! I need to try that! Thank you so much. It tickles me that everyone is choosing their seam ripper lol

The award definitely goes to seam ripper. Everyone is sharing that one!!!

So many! I can’t believe I survived this long without essential sewing tools 😂

The seam ripper is our bestie, whether we like it or not! lol
Safety pins. Always have them in a random place on my clothes. 🙂
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
My rotary cutter, rulers, seam ripper, my clippers/shears and my steam iron. I have more 😂, but you said 5. That stuffed pork loin looks delicious!
😂😂😂now I’m curious what else you would add to that list!
@@unsewcial pins, silicone hem ruler (great to use with an iron), wooden clapper, etc. I'll stop there 🤣

My clapper, my sharp tipped scissors, my unpicker, tracing paper, heat eraser pen
🥰🦩🥰🦩
Everyone went with their unpicker😆. Can’t see without it!
@ heck no… I do alterations…. It’s my business… I’m a qualified tailor… so I have about 4 on the go at once!
