-Less waffle and more action. I liked that one. Love Heart Butt. Thats a Valentines day spider right there. Very lovely.
Oh my , What a gorgeous spider .So pretty . No wonder they are called the Love Heart Butt . It just looks like the pink heart was painted on , and those slivery grey legs just maketh the spider .
-And thus, the Lord proclaimed:" I maketh this spider in the Heart Style.." And there it was. 😂❤
I just fell in love with my first spider. She is adorable Cam lady you were making me a little dizzy moving the camera a lot but I forgive you . Thank you for the video beautiful beautiful spider.🕷️🫶🏻🤩
I can completely understand your feelings about this adorable little spider! She looks as if someone painted her with shiny nail polish. I do hope you find a male for her! Have a great weekend you two! Much love from Michigan 💛
Classy little tarantulas with a heart on its abdomen. Love your spiders.
That really is a beautiful looking spider
Thank you Dave and Camera Lady for a wonderful video. What a beautiful spider! Sending much love and light from here.
What a stunningly beautiful spider! I love her! I'm a huge fan of the seledonia,.but I agree with you. This spider is the bees knees! Thank you for sharing her. I hope you get a male. Love you and Camera Lady to bits.
Wow, I absolutely love her colors and markings. She's quite a looker! Thank you both for sharing!
Well, I honestly didn't think I'd see a spider on par with the Seledonia 😊
Have you seen the pumpkin patch yet
I just got one of these it's still a tiny sling but now I know what they will look like as it gets bigger and they are so pretty. Now I'm excited for mine to get bigger.
Too cute ❤
She's a Sweetie. As I first saw Pictures of these I just thought it's fake. Cute little Spider 😊

Hello great video information and rehouseing Dave
They are so beautiful, I had a male for about 2 years who passed recently after hooking out. I love the satin sheen of their body.

Amazing beautiful marked spider I can't wait to see the male and slings.❤️

Thank you 🙏
Such ADORABLE spider 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😋😋
I got so excited when I saw the notification for this pop up on my phone. 😄 I’ve been hoping you’d get around to these.
Cyriocosmus is my favorite genus. Such gorgeous little spiders.
I’ve got three little C. sp. tambopata slings. Half an inch two months ago, and are just about 3/4” since their most recent molts. They really do grow quickly. Going to need to rehouse them soon at this rate. Lol
Hoping to add C. leetzi and C. ritae too. Eventually, elegans as well.
Oh, erm. I have heard this is fairly universal to Cyriocosmus in general… If you give them anchor points, they will web up a bit and make web tunnels around their enclosure too. Behave a bit more terrestrial.
My (sp) tambopatas are industrious little tykes: Burrows, multiple entrances, web tunnels, dirt and web tunnels, and if they don’t like how things are set up, they’ll shift things around to make it “just right.” 😂
Mine have been doing less burrowing down and more surface “construction,” using my starter burrows as their kicking off points and “home base”. I see two of them out during the day fairly regularly too. They seem to enjoy climbing and exploring a bit. All three also have little web tunnels on the tops of their cork hides, connected to the main chambers and anchored to the fake plants around the enclosures.
My little one has a tunnel system and webbing across their anchor points. They’ll behave both fossorial and terrestrial depending on their mood that day🤷🏻♀️
Little trick I use for visibility! When you rehouse your c.elegans if you want to see them as much as you can, turn the front of the enclosure the other way for a while. They’ll feel well hidden and start making their burrow towards the front. Give it a while, once they’ve made themselves a little home you can turn it the front way again. Your T feels safe and you have a window in!
just purchased my love heart butt spiderling. shes my second tarantula and i cant wait for her to be delivered. your video was very interesting. thanks
Oh wow she is just gorgeous!!!
A little darling! I never thought that I would say that about a spider. A great video! ❤
What a lovely little lady with a heart on the outside as well as one on the inside! That shiny carapace is amazing. Have a wonderful time at the show coming up! 💕💕🕸🕷🕸💕💕
Thank you! You too!❤️❤️❤️❤️
A lot of golden hearts in this video. I’m so happy that i found your channel, you are an amazing teacher. And also high professional camera ( in almost every video i laughed when camera lady did 😄 ).
6 weeks ago i got my geniculata, she is nearly 4 years old. The first 10 days it was awesome to watch her and differences in the enclosure. She was very busy, digging out little holes that lead to her cave. Now she has shut the doors for nearly 4 weeks. Yesterday i was digging a hole, just a little to watch her being alive. She closed the hole a few minutes later, so i guess everything is alright.
German guy, excuse my english 🫣😃
Sounds like she is getting ready to moult
Those are gorgeous. Interesting coloration and size.
Beautiful spider 🕷!!!!
I love your waffling. She is absolutely adorable and cute.
Can’t believe her…it looks painted on!
Usually I just enjoy watching these videos with no interest in housing a giant spider friend. I’m in danger now though! That cute little shiny heart on the abdomen is too much!💯🥰🥰
Here's hoping you get a mate and a bucket load of slings to sell on, she is a beauty!
very cool
I do like seeing footage from the shows.
Stunning spider, I will see you at Bournemouth in a couple of weeks
👍👍👍
mine is the same or smaller than the sling dave showed! it molted over a week ago and hasn't come out of it's burrow to eat and i'm starting to worry it isn't "feeling" the fruit flies i've dropped in there. 😵💫 i sure love it tho lol.
Since a week has passed, I think, it's okay to check up on the animal.
FOO ADVICE:
If it doesn't want fruit flies, a little piece of minced meat or a tiny piece of hard-boiled egg-white is perfect. They take to stuff like that with gusto, as well as live food items.😀👍
What a beautiful little spider. I've only been keeping spiders for about 18 months but 1 of the most fascinating thing is to see them molt out and grow. I've ben lucky enough to see 3 out of the 4 spiders in my collection molt out. I bought 3 slings and a juvenile p Metallica. They are all doing great thanks to you and the information you give to us all. Keep up the great work dave and camera lady. X
Thats awesome thank you for the support ❤️❤️❤️
I adore the C. Elegans!! So beautiful! How can you NOT love and spider with a 💛on their bum? This is the one that helped me get over my archnophobia. So happy you kept her and really hope you find a male for a breeding video. 😍
great wee spider and amazing markings PROFF. another fine project on the making and hopefully you catch a male. some very helpful information to help others in the hobby. great work CAMERA LADY with some fine footage. take care guys and many thanks
She's an absolute stunner 😍
Thank you both for this video!! Such an adorable little spider!!! And as always an incredibly healthy specimen!!!
What a stunning, sweet little spider! Wish I was on your side of the pond so I could go to the upcoming show. Thank you for another great video, love from Kansas!
Beautiful ❤️❤️
It is always relaxing watching a Dave video after work.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful little spider. I'll be at Bournemouth.
See you there my friend
I love my c. elegans! I love their intricate burrows and their eagerness for food🩷
Awesome video, Dave and Cameralady. It was nice seeing you at BTS again. Can't wait for your live 🎉❤
First one tonight I’ll come in later
I could barely see my c.elegans without my glasses on when I first got it as a sling and it was giving me fits that it was so small, plus it buried itself for ages and I wasn’t even sure if it was still alive. Around 11 months later, it’s a super cool 1.5cm big but I’m so happy it raised up fine and it is so very pretty ❤
These have been on my list for a long time, utterly adorable ❤
Another great video! With a beautiful tarantula in a beautifully made enclosure 😍💜
Thank you! 😊
My elegans is never ever on top. Always bloody buried 🤣😩
That's an "Ahsoka Tano" spider, if I ever saw one 12:03
very nice
Omg! She’s adorable! Breed her asap
Another great video Dave, love this species definitely at the top of our list for the collection!
You should! they are really nice I have a few slings here 😂
Love your show as always 😊😊😊
Hello Dave and beautiful Camera lady. Love the heart butt the colors are stunning ❤❤❤❤😊😊
She certainly is a beauty! It will be wonderful if you can get a male and breed these, though caring for slings you can barely see will definitely be a challenge.
I can’t wait to come and meet you both at the Bristol show, I can’t have my photo on TH-cam as I am in witness protection, well that isn’t true but I don’t have any photos from 2016 due to a huge change in my appearance and absolutely no confidence, I only leave the house for medical appointments!
What a beautiful spider, do they lose their heart at any time? Now that spider is beautiful and cute but no not as beautiful as a T seladonia, my favourite Spiders! ❤❤❤
No thats its adult colouring
Yes she is very pretty ,love the vids.
Never seen this one before and she's stunning 🤩
I would call her "Apple" lol
Could You make a short vid with a reminder and that link of the live from Monday here on YT as well please ?
Thanks to both 🙏
You can find it on my Facebook page

I was able to acquire 2 slings. I'm so excited. They will be here in a few days. Thanks, Dave and Camera lady, for the inspiration 💓
Im determined i will at least be at the BTS show next year! Id love to attend all the shows but id have to travel from Scotland & we don't have a car so it would be trains & hotels for us. Im starting to save up now so here's hoping!
Be greta to see you ❤️👍
Brilliant video Dave, love those Trinidad dwarf spiders, ive contemplated getting one of them for a long time and i think i will pick one up for definite. Anyway Dave that's another super job by yourself and camera 📷 lady Dave.

Great video guys thank you so much beautiful spider thank you guys xxxx
Your very welcome glad you enjoyed it ❤️👍
just wondering. In a video ur doing, could u give a quick Rundown on why they are called Old world and New world Spiders? Beautiful spider
I might need to rent a box for myself at Dave's. Might very well be my only hope to not bloat out! 😁 Lovely video as usual!
Thanks for another great video!
@Dave's Little Beasties awesome work, keep up the good work, I may buy one of these for my last Tarantula :)
I started my C. elegans on Bean weavels and fruit flies...tho i much prefer the weavels for ease of working with them...once big enough i moved mine on to small isopods like powder orange/blues before graduating to crickets and roaches
Absolutely gorgeous ❤
Thank you! 😊
I’ve had one of these for a couple of years and she is still so tiny. They grow SO slowly! I’ve seen 1 molt in this time. Crazy. She has a big butt too
Just heard you say yours grow fast!!!! Why has mine not grown !!!!
She’s 1.5 inches
Thats adult size 👍
got one as a freebie to A. Geniculata order 1 year ago. It is now 0,5 inch :)
Thank you Dave for your Videos, I purchased my very first tarantula (A. geniculata - interesting new scientific facts on the species at the end of this comment) two weeks ago and your videos helped me a lot with handling, care and just making the step into the tarantula-part of the hobby.
An alternative on the Dubia - Red runner part: I'm using for my A.chalcodes sling (bought on the same day as the A.geniculata) Paraplecta minutissima ex. Blaberidae spec. Kenya. They are very prolific and can be kept in a cricket box - I'm using 3l Braplast boxes (25x18,5x7,5 cm). Those could also be a good alternative as they only get up to 10-12mm in size.
Regarding the A.geniculata: The breeder I bought the A.geniculata from had two lineages - one called A.geniculata and the other A.brocklehursti. Those became the object of a study published in Arthropoda (12/23), where the A.brocklehursti was identified as the original A.geniculata described by C.L.Koch and the A.geniculata is an unidentified Acanthoscurria spec.
You can read the study on the page haarigeachtbeiner . de - the page is in german, but you only have to click on "Shop" and type "English" into the "Suche" (search) then you will be transferred to "Acanthoscurria spec. (Publikationsnachweis : English translation)" and scrolling down you find in "Beschreibung" (description) the publication translated to english if you click on "English translation publications".
What a petite cutie! Love that heart bum!
Let’s get Dave and his lovely camera lady to 100k subs! Like but more importantly, subscribe! It’s free 😊❤
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh my ❤
I just got a little Heart Butt sling. She's still in her baby box, but I'm hoping to make her enclosure as lovely and comfy as this one.
What a beauty !
Wow I live that one❤❤❤
Fantastic thanks 🙏... mine is still in a sling pot, and wondered what to setup in the future as a final enclosure 😍
❤🕷🕸
Any Euathlus coming in the future?
Not at the moment
Brilliant video Dave and camera 📸 lady, Dave,I know nothing about spiders, what does it mean,"New world spider", karate Tim 🥋🙏♥️.
It means, that it's a species, that originates from the Americas.
