It went from row one to row two, but what did she do in-between those rows to connect them? I’ve never knit or woven anything, but your awesome tutorials make it look like something that I want to try. Also, I love her hair! 😊
Basically, she shows a few example of how to make the transition from one arm to the other. Once she has moved all loops to the other arm, she repeats what she did for row 1 and 2. That's what creates the rows. All you have to do is repeat rows 1 and 2
Yes! However, the stitches will be tighter and the blanket not as voluminous as the one in the video. Check out our needle knitting tutorial, by the way!
I'm really struggling to even cast on! Great product, but need better videos for compleat beginners.. I've had my ohhio wool for a couple of weeks and can't use it.. Because the video is so complicated to follow... Please do a basic tutorial with spoken words...

wouldn't your arms get tired and heavy? I know mine would! looks tricky to do, so I'd rather use knitting needles than my arms and plus my arms are tiny so I don't think I'd be able to do this, thanks for the video though :)
Helix yarn is hand-spun from the merino wool top that we use for our blankets. Treating it by hand makes it smaller in diameter and more durable. Neither is better, they're just different.

You can take the blanket off your arms and put it back on later after you take a break.

Maybe try another color for the wool, grey wool in front of a grey wall doesn´t work for me...
