Great fabrication technique, however sorry to say poor welding skills. Lots of porosity. Looks like the welding electrodes may have been wrong choice. Satincraft 13 (4213) or Ferocart 18 or 21 maywork better. Avoid cheap no brand rods.
@@tinnedanger It looks like he is using a 6011 welding rod which which has a tensile strength of 60,000 lbs per sq inch. lets presume that it’s within established parameters for whatever duty this creators intentions were. So, in this context, good enough describes this weld.
Internet is full of daft comments like this. I have a video of a nearly forgotten way to load timber and someone has replied that he can lift logs heavier than that by hand. So why bother watching my video instead of strong guys lifting heavy weights. Same here. There are plenty welding videos out there. People just don’t get the point.
It's possible to bend square tubing using a plumber's pipe bender, with a length of smaller round bar or rod first bent inside the former. This rod forces the square tube to buckle inwards, making it easy to bend. I've done it many times.
Thank you so much for cutting the music out specifically so we could hear that sweet, sweet angle grinder sing the song of its people.
Finally got someone to explain this simply using proper geometry and without all BS terms, Regards
Well illustrated for the craftsman that learns better visually.
Excellent video, very few youtubers share complete information on video.God bless you🙏
Useful tip for fabricators/Technical persons thank you for sharing
The formula makes it simple. Great job
Tanks you very much my friend 🤝🙏. Chanel very good 🤝🇮🇩 indonesia
Great video. I wonder if this technique would work with other angles such as 45 degrees or 22.5?

how are you and thank you for the tutorial
Very well explained. Like it

Simpal and easy way
.57 x 50 + 50 = 78.5
Example
70mm
.57 x 70 + 70 = 109.9
where do you get the .57?
A grinder and paint, makes you the welder you ain't
By grinding down the welds so that they're not even visible anymore, doesn't that weaken the joint?
Not necessarily, in tubing this thin its difficult to stick weld without burning through, which means almost any clean weld has fully penetrated.
I was going to buy a tube bender but I think this looks a lot cleaner.
real mens, information ,good stuff
Excellent 👌👌👌👌👌👌
Da. 78.53 thank you! No Americans or English speakers giving the correct answer out front. Slavic? Yup. Great work.
Very very good explain sir good job
Thank you sir.
Thank you for the tutorial 👍🏼👍🏼🎉🎉
Hermoso TRABAJO Muchas Gracias 🙋👏🇨🇱
Keep up sir!
Yes sir.
Except for all the porosity that will make the weld fail and it fall apart, looks great. *eyes rolling
Unless you’re applying pressure piping standards to this tubing, this weld will be fine.
@@Allen-eq5uf That'll do is your mantra. "Good enough" is not good enough.

@@Allen-eq5uf Ok if your happy with that . That'll do
With the exception that is it now no longer tubing as it has a blockage at the CUT & SHUT weld up
came down tot he comments to make the same comment lol

Great videos! what brand and sort of welding electrodes do you use?
Thank you. 6013 I don't know what the brand is. Ordinary 6013
Damp ones, judging by the weld quality.
Thank you brother
.57x50+50 más fácil.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
But you didn't bend it, you cut and welded it.
So, I think you need a new & truthful title.

Can you use this method for different angles? I’m trying to work out a cut bend of tighter then 90 degrees
yes it is in the equation. look for the 90, and in that spot insert your desired value instead.

Amazing idea 👍
Simply arc length is 75mm because 50mm×1.5
Does this formula work for any sized arc... Nice to ask... 😁😁😁
@@JustinPaul1st just follow the original arc formula for more accuracy
No, no, no. The radius is 50mm, so the whole circumference would be 2 x pi x 50 = 314.2mm. The quarter-circle, therefore, is 314.2mm/4 = 78.55mm.
Fancy! the only thing is that the pipe is now closed.
