Hadi is simply undeniable. He just absolutely brings it every time.
Nah, Samson wins by a landslide. The problem with Samson is alot of the light effects Hadi benefits from is due skin color, so much of the details are highlighted much more if you can clearly see them, which is an unfair comparison for someone with a darker complexion, not sure how they resolve that.
Dont think using stronger lighting changes it either, you almost need a separate category for darker shades.
He almost looks as good as Samson. Gotta give him his props.

Hadi should take this relatively handedly. Samsons in second solidly but I’m impressed with Rafael, he’s absolutely added some size and still has great aesthetics
Raf's conditioning isn't quite as good as at the 2022 Olympia but I'll be damned if that added 15 lbs isn't in all the right places. Tremendous off season results. I'm really looking forward to seeing him win a show and tighten up for the O

If Hadi fails to get awarded for the package he brought with the win, then I will have lost all faith in the integrity of the Arnold. He looks AMAZING. All respect to Sampson. He is the clear 2nd and no one can come close to him from 3rd place on down. But this is a Hadi win for sure.

For the record I have Hadi winning as well, but there is a major problem that Tyler Manion pointed out at the O that Hadi has not fixed. He has one quad that is drastically bigger than the other. That throws off his symmetry and balance. That is a major factor in bodybuilding. Again, I have Hadi winning, but we have to remember what the judges said previously.

@@ViktorM1 You got that right - and this is coming from a guy who is all in favour of shape and flow being prioritized in the criteria. But Hadi's _detail_ and abdominal control is outstanding. If he can keep bringing his back hardness and separation up, he should be undeniable at the O. That might be a lot to ask for though.
Unfortunately, both the 212 and Open 2023 Olympia decisions make it clear that they've gone a little too far in the other direction in rewarding shape right now. Though I can understand penalizing Clarida for the extent to which he blew out his abdomen, that was _absolutely_ not the case with Hadi.
Hadi is the rightful 2023 Mr. Olympia, and he looks like he's ready to pull a Jay Cutler in 2024.

not only Hadi is more conditioned (because he's Hadi) but also he is relativelly bigger than Samson, of course Samson has more absolute size but if you judge their muscle size relative to their height Hadi looks unconfortably big here..

@@FINsoininen Hadi's waist is a touch wide, but let's be clear: when you're talking about the top 5 in the world, you're not talking about a "reasonable" standard. It's an _un-reasonable_ standard, and it should be!
But - and this is key - Hadi's _detail_ through the torso is the more important metric here, and Samson looks like an unformed blob against Hadi in this regard. Milos MUST adjust Samson's protocols and training going forward to have him put MUCH more work in on his abdominal detail. Samson doesn't need to get bigger on the scale, he needs to get more detailed front to back, and just keep grinding away on his back development.
Hadi all day and twice on Saturday here 😉- this is a no-brainer win for him unless the judges have lost their minds.

His waist is also at least 4 inches wider then the Defending Champ's waist who is. 6 inches taller and who has better balance and symmetry !

I had no clue why you guys say Samson had more shape than Hadi, If it's true then it's not by any large margin. Hadi's waste is tighter With a better vacuum and a better set of abs.
samson has no abs compared to the others. at this point, i have hadi winning and #4 taking second over samson

Choopan is a triumph of condition with a massive blocky physique that will soon be trounced by the arrival of genetic superiors! A conditioned Douda is the end of Choopan, plain and simple.

Hadhi looks the best, as usual in very good condition, beats everybody. The most impressive progress made there is Jhon De Lorosa. Still the structure of James and lack of razor sharp conditioning prevents him from placing higher. Samson looks smooth and soft, sacrificed conditioning for size again, seems to be developing bubble gut.
People talk about aesthetics and how Samson has that but Hadi is even beating Samson there Hadi is very aesthetic. Hadi is more muscular more complete from top to bottom from back to front WAY better conditioning won just about every pose I don't see how Hadi can lose this show.

Besides conditioning, Samson's midsection control seems to be a weakpoint. It's not a horrid bubble gut, but it does seem to spill over. It's losing him points on side poses he'd potentially have Hadi beat on.
