I used premium tractor fluid from O'Reilly's for my rear diff fluid. Mainly because I do not live by a dealer and it's a lot cheaper to buy by the gallon then by the quart. Its good for wet brake applications. Great video as always.
@@banshee100 i myself have used it on and off for the last few years. No issues yet. I change my diff fluids more often because of all the mud and water riding i do,as just a precaution and, like you showed, its super easy to do. For the front, i use just whatever cheap gl-5 fluid they have.
Good video. I like to use an air compressor to blow out the area around the drain/fill plugs before I start. Moving wood today in Alaska with my 2016 KQ500 and she works perfect.
Thanks for the video. Just got home from riding, only 20 miles. I'm blowing oil from my rear differential vent tube, no crazy riding. My differential was fire hot when we got back. Any thoughts what could be wrong? Thanks!
Hi, I got issue since I done the oil replacement on my front hub ( a solenoid allow the transmission) This one kick back when I put gas on. I had used an oil 80w90 Do you think too much oil could do that ? Thanks a lot in advance
@@banshee100 I'm looking for a king quad 750 in camo but all of the dealers in my area are waiting for more inventory.. AND all of them want a deposit but to hold one with no promise on how long it will take to arrive. So I was wondering how long it took your dealer to get your king quad.

Where did you get your shop manual from?
Can't remember it'd been a while
How long did you have to wait for your KQ to make it to your dealer?
???as for what?

Btw, I live in SE Pennsylvania.
And it looks like the KQs are priced a lot better if I buy one out of state like West Virginia
