I like listening to people who know and care about a topic (any topic) talk about that topic. I don't learn anything per se but I get to get to see the contours and depths of that topic. And while I may never own a portable vlogging rig myself, I can now appreciate the amount of effort, creativity and knowledge that goes into making one.

On the topic of you talking bout your phone camera situations, I find it fascinating. It’s what makes you happy Graham, and the best content anyone can make is the stuff they enjoy/are experiencing.
I love these vlogs! As luch as I enjoy the LRR content you all publish, these vlogs feel like a more personal interaction, rather than something made for entertainment purposes.

I have a galaxy S7 as my daily driver, and then my previous phone, an S5 mini is mounted to the back of my logitech g910 keyboard with a link to software on my pc to show my cpu/ram/gpu stats on the screen lol, it my not be the most efficient use of what was originally a not cheap phone but why not! There's a guy at Roosterteeth who uses an old iPad that he stuck to his wall as literally just a lightswitch for his hue bulbs :D
"ARX control" from logitech, available on android/iOS and you also need the Logitech gaming software (LGS) installed on the PC, though obviously if you don't own any logitech peripherals then there are probably other apps and PC software you can find that would do just the system stats and media controller stuff. Why wouldn't you? I mean, they are, ultimately, a social club. And from what we saw in the video, Beej is obviously still serious about maintaining the secrecy rules required to participate in a *secret* society, so there's no issue there. It is rather interesting news to learn Beej used to be a Mason though.
