Looks great, if Adelaide follows the example of low rise apartment development seen in many European cities, it can easily accommodate twice it's population. It'll also prevent Adelaide from copying the mistakes of the horrible high rise developments in the suburbs in both Melbourne and Sydney. There is no need to build 20+ story towers outside of the CBD. Simply constructing mainly 3-5 story buildings in appropriate locations will provide more than enough residential, retail and office space. Looking forward to seeing this plan come to fruition.
great plan! Adelaide just needs to find a way to increase the height limits of the CBD so that it can create even greater density in the city center and attract new major company headquarters.
What about Port Adelaide? A historic suburb that has great potential if developed properly around it's historic buildings and wharfs etc. Start with better public transport infrastructure and the rest would follow. It really is a no-brainer.
