I just got mine delivered today after using my 18v for about 6 years , I must say the 40v is incredible, seems to plane so much better and effortlessly, I used a 2.5 battery and it wasn’t to big and was more than powerful enough ,
If you want more xgt tools at a cheaper price and new buy them at amazon jp... they ship internationally. YOu will have to make a new amazon account. Let me know if you need more info about it

I just tried pulling up this planer in Jp and it’s 39,958. Converts to $294, same price as in the US.
