I just finished watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the first time yesterday, and it is officially my favorite TV show of all time. I am sad that it is over, but this edit really brought back so many good memories from the show! I guess it is time for re-watch number one :)

Your edits always make me want to binge watch Buffy for the... oh, I lost count of the many times I already did 😂What an epic edit of such an iconic series. There's never going be another like this Buffy, the Vampire Slayer and we all know it, reason why we love it.
I'm not generally a big fan of the ones where they're talking over the music, but this was so well done and entertaining, I didn't really mind.

I think that the thing people don't understand about the appeal of Spuffy is that when you're a capable woman in a patriarchal society you still need a male ally in order to achieve your goals. The introduction of Dawn created the need for the change in the Buffy-Spike relationship. It's only a woman who cares about others who needs an ally, and BTVS reflects that reality in that Spike, though knight rather than lord, was the best option she had for an ally after Riley's betrayal. I'm ignoring a lot of things I like about their dynamic, but this is the one thing that I think modern feminism misses--men are expendable only when women are narcissists.
