I'm trying to find a way to stop the gimbal in my air 3s from bobbing around during flight. It has destroyed all my timelapse shots since I've bought it. I have disabled the avoidance sensors, calibrated everything several times, and nothing. Not dji support nor able to exchange it for a new unit.
@DMProductions Thanks, Darren!! I love your settings updates videos! No matter what the drone or device, it is always a good idea to customize settings. I learned well by watching your previous videos, and set my Mini 4 Pro and Avata 2 to my liking, to both further enjoy my flying and have my drones better serve my needs in filming. Great content, as always!! 👍🏾🏆🥇
Thanks for the great tips! I'm picking up my Air 3S next week and am very excited to try it out. Your info will help make that process faster and better!
Is there a way to have multiple settings profiles like Go Pro where you can quickly change from say "night settings" to "golden hour" settings at the touch of a button?
Thank you! FYI I would lower the shutter speed on the shots of you speaking. The judder is a bit distracting and unsettling watching on an oled when you move your head.
Thanks for posting! Ready to place my order for the Air 3S and wanted some insider info on initial settings. I've found this video to be genuinely helpful.
Thanks so much for the info. So far, this is the only source I've found that tells me how to switch to the telephoto lens! I've been very frustrated. 🙂
Thanks for a great video, but please could you give some recommended numbers for the sensitivities of the controls, rather than just saying adjust them down? I know everyone likes things a little different, but for someone completely new to drones, it would be really helpful to have some recommendations as a starting point.
Great, great, great. Thanks, thanks, thanks. This is the first mention about AirSense in Air 3s. I've seen tons of videos just to know if the 3s has AirSense.
My Air 3s arrived today. After testing it, I will take it out for the project I bought it for...Hope to share soon. Can you tell me what should I do about a memory card? Do I need one for both the drone and the controller? I downloaded my footage directly and had no problems...But ibwas getting an SD card error saying it was too slow...I had a SanDisk ultra in it...should I have something else? I am a new subscriber, but I can tell I will make use of your great content. BRAVO!
Woh what an amazing video I have no idea of these things 😮 I have a DJI 3 mini pro and keep meaning to try it. 😢 I saw the Hoverair X1 pro max and ordered it but now the postal service has kept it as a Christmas 🎁 gift I might just go 4 a refund and try the DJI that I have upstairs. Good man it's now opened my eyes to try it 🚁
Hello ! Thanks for that video. Quick question, in the menu « control » of DJI Fly where you have the choice of Mode 1 it Mode 2, can you custom your own to invert the pitch ?
A quick question for you... I live in England, I am a newbie to drones and purchased the DJI Mini 4 pro as a new hobby ;-) I registered it, passed the online training and got my flyer ID (A1 & A3 I think) My question? The UK rules are a minefield - Do I have enough already to legally fly the new DJI Air 3S if I were to purchase one - or is there more needed? TIA, John
I don't know about other countries, but in the USA the built-in lights are not adequate for night flying. Yes, you DO need a strobe, but the built in lights are not bright enough.
Apples to oranges I’d say Air 3s however if you want all the bells & whistles wait for the Mavic 4 Pro. Thing is it’ll either come out before the shopping season or summer of ‘25
Can we take a second to talk about the fact, that the Air3s DNGs can barley be merged into a hdr in Lightroom? I don't know why nobody is talking about this problem. This is a massive problem for photographers! There is something different about the raw files of the air3s. When you want to merge them into a HDR Lightroom recognizes heavy ghosting which makes merging an AEB nearly impossible.
12MP is better for low light. In my opinion the rule of thirds is not good. Sometimes it's better to break that rule instead of trying to force the composition to fit the grid and leaving interesting things outside the frame (or include unwanted things into the frame). A good photographer should see the best composition easily without the grid.
Nowadays we aren't using film cameras. So I say, shoot as many photos or vids as you want/can. And then figure out which ones you want to keep later in editing. Its always good to have more options
@@jaakkotahtela123 It was additive to what you said; thankfully we don't have to agonize over choosing composition for a shot when we can take a lot of photos while up in the sky and then decide later in post what to keep/crop, etc. I'm just saying that things are easier now compared to the days when you would have limited shots and would have to take your photo and live with the consequences of that

Great video! I’ll watch this again when mine arrives
🎉 Wow perfect timing because getting A3S tommorow and after watching your best tips leaves me feeling really lucky to watch it. Thanks so much 🙏 💯❤
Great to hear! Thank you
What is there are drone jammers ?
I cannot decide between two drones: DJI Air 3S or Mavic 3 Classic. I am currently using the Air 2S, and the quality is not good for today.
My 3S will arrive in the next week or two, so this will be a great reference video to watch again when that gets to me.
Thanks!
Thank you buddy
1.99 will get you a reply haha 😅
Do I need to have the drone powerd on to change the settings

Best tutorial on this drone yet! Well done and thanks!!
Thank you 🙏

What, your here there and everywhere. And you still have time to keep us up to date with these videos. Thank you, your a star ❤
Thank you buddy haha 😂😂
Hello, could you try to clarify something for me? Why isn't the drone's photo format always DNG? even though it is in j+r.
please can you make a caméra versus comparison with AIR 3S and Mini 4 Prpo please
Very useful presentation. I really like the transcript!
Thank you
Great video mate, your drone moves are very handy to refer to on my phone when I’m flying around and looking for ideas!
Thanks so much for the info. So far, this is the only source I've found that tells me how to switch to the telephoto lens! I've been very frustrated. 🙂
Please create a video comparing the DJI Air 3S and the DJI Mavic 3 Classic.
Style, Sharpness, Noise reduction are not available on mine. Why?
GREAT information! Thank you! I've got an Air3S on order and once I receive it, I'll be back to watch this video again! Thanks!! Cheers!
Thank you !
I'm looking to purchase the Air3S cheat sheet for my new Air3S. Please advise.
not available just yet will be soon

Very useful....I have the fantastic air 3s and you have pointed out a couple of things I was unaware of. Cheers 😊
Can you tell me which setting I have to change to get an Air 3S delivered to my door?

Perfect 👌
Time 03:20. Likely Internet connection is needed?
I just got mine, your on the money, thanks for your info.
I’ve heard that switching to mode 3 makes controlling it easier for gamers. Have you found the same?
Will try put these settings. Just received my drone.
The live aircraft feed is super useful!
These settings are a big help. Thanks for sharing them 👍
Glad they help ☺️
11:52 What do you set the Max Control Speed and Tilt Smoothness to here?
Gain and expo tuning
@@6n92 Thanks, but I was asking what did he set the Max Control Speed and Tilt Smoothness to exactly?
hi to start a small business, doing real state footage weddings and roofs in uk, would you chose mini4 or the air3s ?
Air3s way better low light performance and image quality
Love your videos
5:18 For some reason I only have the option for 12MP on my Air 3S. Why is that?
Have you got the latest firmware
@@DMProductions got it now, thanks!

Why didn’t you show us the what you lowered the settings to?
I can’t find the luts for the air 3s on your website can you please post the link?
They’ll be available soon
Hallo, you are very proff to tell about this drone. Thank you
Thank you I got mine yesterday :)
Wow 😮thank you for good explanation. It’s really good 👍😃😃
Really glad you liked it
Great video Darren! I'd like to know if you've filmed in Iceland and if so, were there any restrictions on drone use? Thanks!
No I haven’t it’s on the list tho

Sure that's fine, you have to keep 150m from built up areas with that size drone but if you do the A2 COFC exam that restriction will be removed
When i film in 4k 60fps and transfer the video to my Cellphone the video comes out choppy or studders, does anyone know why?
Your phone didn't support 4k.
@skyban_kharlyngdoh No, i had the wrong codec setup.
Picking up my air 3 s tomorrow..interested in you program..what software would I use with this. My first drone
Look up videos about motion blur and using ND filters. It will allow you to slow the shutter speed and smooth the motion.
When will you be coming out for cheat sheets for the new DJI Air 3S.?
Soon ☺️
Will do the same when mine arrives too
hopefully airsense will on dji mini 4 pro too soon hehe😊
Hello...I like a lot your vídeos... Keep up... one question - The LAGOS LUT is based in LAGOS REGION in Portugal? :D

Damn bro I never knew about MOST of these
Are your Air 3 LUTs compatible with Air 3S or do you plan to release 3S dedicated LUTs?
You’ll have to do some basic adjustments but I’m working on a dedicated pack which won’t be long

Great video mate. Especially the one that shows all possible drones in the area. Hoping for a follow back thanks mate

Yes but not 100% you’ll need to do some minor adjustments, I’ll be releasing a dedicated pack soon
