Hi, in the very beginning of the video there was a loud metallic sound when the car just started to move forward. I hear this in my 08 CRV when backing up. What is causing this sound?
i had this problem at low RPM - it was the heat sheild on the catylitic convertor - i since removed it. it's not totally required, just don't park on dry grass after a long drive :)
I just finished this job. In this video, he skipped the inner break pad with the 3 inserts that go into the caliper piston. First time I’ve seen this design.

i think thats the exhaust heat shield

I think he was referring to the pad with the three prongs that fit inside the caliper piston.
