The number of primary oocyte at the time of puberty is 400 in each ovary. is this data correct for each ovary? This u have not cleared because in one year(each ovary) 6 ovulatations occur. Thus in each ovary the numbers can redefined.

Sir you mentioned that cell cycle arrested at Leptotene stage of prophase 1 but that is wrong. That is arrested in Deplotene stage of prophase 1.
