Sir I am having sinus problems from my childhood and even got operated once. I am fine in general but whenever I get cold or cough I have to take strong medication as my body is not able to heal itself. Plz recommend me some exercises which I can do to prevent taking medication when I face such issues.
@@brahmalife6243 when my nose is blocked then i am not able to do jal neti or anulom vilom or any other nose breathing exercise. Generally most of the time left side of the nose is blocked and right side is fine.

Subah uthkar dono nostrils me halka garam desi ghee ya badam rogan oil ki 2 drops daal le....isse aapke dono nostrils ache se khul jayenge......
