Did you know Pullum has a secret fourth palette? I discovered it recently poking through the code for SFEX2+. When you pick your character, hover over Pullum and hold select. Then while holding select, hit Square + R1 + R2 all at once to pick her. You'll get a purple and white costume. She's the only character with this feature and I have no clue why, but to my knowledge it's not documented anywhere. You can get it in Arcade mode by swapping out select for the start button.
Ken has his roll ability since the alpha series and Akuma also has it and he has a fake variant of the move like Ryu with his hadoken. But ironically, Ken in SFA3 has Sean's headbutt and in CVS and SFV he has Sean's overhead special kick ( i don't remember it's name).

I know people use fightcade but I'm a bit paranoid of downloading a virus from some shady link. Would love to see an up to date guide from a trustworthy creator such as yourself. Thanks a lot!
Didn't you already ask this and I already answered? I'm not going to make a video telling people where to get roms or I could get in legal trouble. It's not difficult to get them though.

In the arcade version it's LP+HP+HK while holding Start.
@@HEHEHE_I_AM_A_MASKED_WARRIA Yes, and I believe that's also true for JP PlayStation because start doesn't send you back a screen in that version.

9:40 Pullum has a Special move that is a double jump. Like any other special move, you can cancel into and from it during excel.
