  • The Israel government has occupied Palestine for over 75 years, killing thousands of Palestinians and forcing them off their land. At the time of updating this description in November 2023, over 11,000 Palestinians have been killed with more displaced in recent Israeli attacks.
These attacks have disabled numerous people, and have recently targeted hospitals. Where do the sick and disabled go? What happens when access to care is not only cut off but targeted in military attacks?
This video is from a Sins Invalid statement responding to IDF violence in 2014. Our struggles are intertwined and interconnected. Free Palestine.

    Video Transcript:
Disability occurs in all walks of life.
Disability justice cannot be separated from the rights of all people:
Food, Water, Medicine, Shelter, Breath, Sleep, Self-Determination.
Thousands of Palestinians have become permanently disabled in the recent attacks on Gaza.
We are not burdens. We are beautiful. Because we are survivors.
The targeting of hospitals, ambulances, and rehabilitation facilities are attacks on disabled people.
    Disability justice means resisting together.
From solitary cells to open air prisons.
We will be liberated as whole beings.
We are far greater whole than partitioned.
    To Exist is to Resist.
    FREE PALESTINE.
