Not the hero we want, the hero we need 🙏. I’m a very visual person so this helps me really understand the process and it’s the most detailed video I’ve seen. Thank you 🙏
Brother I just wanna thank you by hitting you with a like and sub. I bought a pair of orange lobsters that had some jacked up factory stitching on the toe cap, and restorers that I was coming across were not replying to my messages. I mustered up the balls to tackle this fix by watching your video. That toe area is no joke, gotta have the patience of a saint for that. I took my time and completed the fix. Thanks from the bottom of my sole!
Oh damn good luck Dont want to screw the supremes up lol I got my pair of SB dunks for $5 (used) and I went home and searched it up on stockx, and theres literally only 4 deadstock on stockx, so I dont want to screw up either lol
I wonder what nike sb owner can do when there's a small bulging sewn coming out from the rubber sole gap? the sewn is connected and not cut. So you can see the sewn coming out from the rubber sole of the sneakers, not that much but wonder if this bothered you guys?
What is the average time it takes “you”? Obviously the better you get the faster you’ll become but what is about how long it takes to hand stitch with your current skill level.?
I noticed a black bit of thread sticking out of the midsole of my elephant (atmos) dunks in between the white stitching on the outside of the midsole. so I cut it off only to realise it was the black thread that was anchoring the outside thread in place and must have been dragged through during the sewing process (only one stitch popped out). I have glued the outside white thread back into place and glued the two ends of the inside black thread to the inside of the sneaker (with very strong glue) So basically I have accidentally cut the inside anchoring thread in one place (near the arch of the foot) but the outside midsole thread is still completely intact and I have glued everything down so there’s no loose threads Do you think this will have weakened the stitching at all or or am I overthinking this? Thanks
Is there any way to prevent thinking of the uppers when you use the hot water method to separate soles? I separated the soles from the Family Forever 1s and they shrunk a bit.
hot water method slightly shrinks rubber, acetone method in a well ventilated area or outside is good for getting a donor sole from another shoe, but make sure you DO NOT get acetone on a good upper that you want to keep because acetone is very strong and will mess up upper completely, I hope this helps you, GOD bless you.
Dude do you realise that you keep saying you're doing it anti-clockwise but you're actually doing it clockwise? Now I don't know whether to trust when you say to grab from the left or the right. 😑 Otherwise a great tutorial though. 👍

Thanks for the video.
Is it a good idea to stitch the sole even when the shoe is new? As a preventive measure?
I’d say not because new shoes will come with stitching if they are designed to have stitching.
THANK YOU FOR THIS
hi, we're i can get a sole for jordan 1 . thank you
What adhesive do you used?
Does it take you like 1 1/2 to stitch a single shoe or can you do it quicker than that with a lot of experience?
Want to do a pair of Futura SB!!? 😢😮🎉
what kind of awl are you using. what brand?
Any chance you do restorations by price?
Nice
thank you!!!!

@@josepuello311 I started using a hand steamer (a trick I got from someone who works at District Leather Supply) and it's been working pretty well.
@@JaeGSL never heard of this method but thats good if it worked out, niccee
Wats the name of glue and where you get it from ???
It is called Barge Super Stik cement. You can get it on amazon.
Shotsbymikey is the super stik better than the infinity?
Dude awesome video!
Where to buy a new soles?????!!!!!
second hand possibly, but usually you just have to buy another pair of dunks or sacrifice your old ones fro a new sole.
@@oliverviscoli it makes no sense,I am pretty sure chinese make something like that?
Weren't you going clockwise? 😅 Also slow down and allow time for us to digest the explanations, it was non stop

You don't know what you're doing!
How the fuck did supreme get away with just blatantly copying the p rod 2 and calling it their own?
