I love your inky and pens videos. And whatever you said during your videos. They’re calming and lovely. I’m new to fountain pens myself. I love journalling. It’s nice to find a buddy on youtube. Please keep the videos coming.
Oh yay! So glad you like my inky videos. 🥰 Also thank you! It’s very quickly turning into an obsession, as I keep finding more glittery ones that I can’t resist ☠️
Someone may have told you this already, or maybe you knew, but "Keep it simple, stupid" is a verrrry common trusty phrase in AA circles, where taking it one day at a time is often the only way forward!
An ink that's really fun is Noodler's Blue Ghost. It's an invisible ink that is only visible under UV light. I don't fill a fountain pen with it but use a glass dip pen and a UV flashlight. You could leave yourself some secret messages in your journals. 🙂🖋️
I have eleven pens inked up atm, so I’ll just share a couple. I have my Conklin All-American Rainbow inked up with Diamine Red Dragon, my TWSBI Eco White inked with Sailor Kin-Mokusei and my Moonman Wancai Mini inked with Private Reserve Spearmint
In the TWSBI mini, i flushed out herbin’s emerald of chivor and replaced it with iroshizuku’s murasaki shikibu! Emerald of Chivor is a greeny blue with gold shimmers 🥰
@@tayyturningpages You do! In real life I definitely think it dries on paper more teal and less of a true blue, but it’s a weird chameleon. It also depends on the paper for me as to how it appears!
I'm really curious why you put away your pilot custom with the cap off and the cap in a separate loop? In my dreams where I'm favulously rich I have a custom 328 too ;-)
Good question!! I figured someone may ask, haha. It wasn’t completely dry after cleaning, so I sometimes store with the cap off to let evaporation continue to take care of the water. The 823 is really good at sealing, so if I were to leave the cap on, that water aint going ANYWHERE. So it’s in attempt to let the water from cleaning evaporate!

I actually had no idea it was popular in AA circles, but it would make a lot of sense! Those sentiments work for everyone after all 🥳

Yes!! That’s an ink Ive been curious about for literal years now but havent pulled the trigger on. I would be too powerful with UV ink 😂

Omg the Wancai Mini is so CUTE! I have been looking at them for years but an afraid of eye dropper pens. Do you find that it’s easy to clean out?
I loooove these videos! What ink did you have in the twsbi mini? The blue looked so pretty when you flushed the pen out lol

@@justusspace it was so blue in the sink I wouldn't of thought of EoC! I really need to try that ink! It's beautiful for sure!
