one of the best parts about being home for the summer is being able to eat my mom's home cooked food every day :') truly blessed to have grown up in a household where nutritious + delicious food was always readily available, as it's something that i definitely took for granted growing up. i hope you enjoy this 20 minute video of me eating LOL

:)I only meant the people on social media who are not dietitians telling people that they are wrong for eating a specific way it’s those people who quite frankly cause toxic diet behavior that can lead to eating disorders. I was referring to the influencers who will eat a handful of blueberries for lunch and call it a balanced meal, but of course that can differentiate for different people who all stomach food differently ❤️
Some people just don’t eat like others 🤷🏾♀️ it’s nobody’s fault that you want to feel like that . That’s on you nobody can make you do anything js .

Random Little human I'm the sam I can't eat really big meals ever since I was ill 3 yrs ago I hardly ate An if I did I ushually ended up being sick an I think my stomach shrunk massively so I eat lil but offen now but her meals look delish I eat them just not the fish I can't eat sea food but all the healthy veg An salads stuff defo An I don't do hot spicy food so very mild seesoning lol xx

Whenever I watch vlogs of other Koreans and see them eating Korean food with their family, I'm always reminded of how lucky I had it growing up and just having the opportunity to develop quite a diverse palate and deep appreciation for food. 😋

Im canadian and love to eat other cultures dishes and my father has gotten really into cooking and we make a lot of korean, japanese, and indian dishes. When i see these food dishes you make i get so happy and wish canada had more unique foods
