Cool major. Herbertism is where it is at. Every time I see a new playground go up I shed a tear for the old days when I could get a good workout on the parallel bars, the monkey bars, and the pull-up bars that came standard with most parks and schools. We are not progressing.
It takes minimal time which is worth the effort for versatility compared to having a many separate clubs. I have dozens of separate clubs too, but if I only had space and money for one club, the Adex is a valid option. -RJ
Ron, really good review. I watch your channel and I have learned a lot. I am thinking on the adex. It is an initial hit of an investment but it seems you would not need more unless I get that good with a second handle and add on weight kit. Jim
Thanks Jim. Yes, I do think it's a good investment if you only can do "one" club. The only other thing you might want to add later is the longer handle. While not cheap, you get a lot for the money plus save storage space too. It's nice to pick up my other clubs with set weights of course. It's faster. Each club weight is balance just for that weight; however, it's also way more expensive to go separate plus you need more storage space. -Ron Jones, MS
It looks good and if they were available in the UK I would be tempted. However, if you buy separate clubs they are all a good length whereas this seems very short at light weight and gets longer the more weight you add.
LogicProX It’s a good “one size fits all” from 5-25 pounds. If car traveling, it can be much easier than separate clubs. It’s a good option in my tool bag now. -RJ
They are available internationally. I live in Hong Kong and Adex have been able to ship them to me. I also have fixed weight clubs but I prefer the feel of my Adex clubs

It’s not really quick change though more set it and forget it which kinda limits there usefulness.
