    Awesome start up Vid and you have the voice of a documentary narrator.
    A couple of Questions:
    1) Can you drive any train in the country or do you have to be trained/licensed in different types?
    2) Is it difficult switching from 1 loco to another even if they are the same model because I imagine each would drive/handle differently?
    3) Is there ever a time you turn up to work and you see the lead loco and just shake your head because you hate/dislike driving it?
    4) If you could pick a loco to be yours that only you drive which one or model and why?
    5) Are the new loco's more comfortable to drive or do you like the old machines with character?
    Thank you for your efforts in bringing these vid's to us.

    • @AUSSIETRAINDRIVER
      @AUSSIETRAINDRIVER  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Haha cheers mate! My mates always said I had a good head for radio! 📻😂
      1) you have to get qualified on each loco, but I'm qualified in about 35 locos, that will do me.
      2) it's not difficult to drive different locos but knowing where everything is on each one is the challenge, electrical wise.
      3) absolutely yes!
      4) CLP/F or WA L class. has all the goodies and makes serious noise outside where it counts.
      5)new locos have fsr more mod cons, better rife quality, and accessible layout. Older locos are predictable and you have to know what you are doing with them.
      Cheers for the feedback. 😊

    • @AUSSIETRAINDRIVER
      @AUSSIETRAINDRIVER  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      These are still mechanical fuel injection so it's a layshaft, the engine needs to turn over a few times to get governor oil pressure up, so while starting we have to push it manually.
