2 tbsp. corn flour
season with salt and black pepper
1 medium white onion
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. finely minced ginger
1 small red bell pepper
1 small green bell pepper
1 tsp. chili flakes ( optional )
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
sesame seeds ( for garnish)
Oil for frying
For the sauce:
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1/2 cup pine apple juice
1 tp. sesame oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
