    3. body movement routine
    4. reading and learning
    5. phone rules (turn off notifications + put phone away from bed + dont turn on phone within first hour of waking )
    6. work standing up and in different locations
    7. healthy plant-based diet
    8. contribute and give

    Yes!! Go vegan!! ✌🏾Going vegan and healthy vegan changed my life completely. Going minimalist made a huge difference as well just now since a couple if weeks. Got my sense of purpose back. Waking up always, no matter what, at 5:30 and walking the dogs in the forest is amazing. Glad i found your Chanel. 🙏🏾

    Awesome advises thanks. I find hard to do is the sleeping routine cause I'm a Doctor and mostly I sleep very late and wake very early. However I will try. Thank u. Sending good vibes

    This just came so in the right moment 😊 I'm about to make some changes in my daily habits. Actually I wanted to start on April first for another 30 days challenge but just yesterday I was thinking why not start sooner since I'll be off work for the next 2 weeks? I'll have the time to try things, change thinks and keep what feels good. I'm so hyped now 😊😊 thank you!

      Hey love, 😘 thank you for asking. It's my second day without smoking now and at the same time I went from vegetarian to vegan. I feel pretty awesome mentally but my body has a tough time to realize that I won't poison it anymore. 😇 I'm not shaky or something but I'm a crazy mixture of being restless and soooo tired at the same time. Even tho it's so sad what I did to my body, it's also amazing to be consciously aware of how my body now fights back and tries to get rid of all the shit I've done to him in the past. Sounds probably pretty stupid but I really enjoy the withdrawal. How's your morning routine going so far? Is 5 am manageable for you now?
