- Allison sits back down with the incredibly inspiring women, Dany, Pau and Alé Villarreal, from The Warning. These three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico have been realizing their dreams since they were little girls, paving their own path. They’ve toured with Muse, performed alongside Foo Fighters and Guns N’ Roses and just wrapped a sold-out headline tour in Europe & Japan with US next. They performed at the MTV VMAs last year igniting a new excitement for Rock and have their new album “Keep Me Fed” out this week! They talk about all the exciting updates from the last year, the direction of their new music, how they deal with the stress and sometimes overwhelming parts of their current ascent, their proudest moments, what they’re afraid of most, and if they have time for relationships on the road.

Answering to Pau's fear, I would like to quote something from Epicurus

I think we will see more of Ale in the media and on stage. She is coming out of introvertism. I liked thas.
You don't get "cured" of being an introvert, you just learn to deal with it over time. I'm assuming she's getting a lot of coaching (and practice).
@@MattLathrum it depends some people like to be an introvert by choice, and those people can definitely change if they decide that they want to change....I mean I use to be incredibly shy growing up and into my early adult hood and I hated that aspect of myself and now. And now I'm the opposite of being shy. But those who prefer and are comfortable being an introvert will never change. And I know many introverts that love it.

When Dani said she had a fear of being tickled I understand because I literally go into seizures if someone tickles me, but I actually first thought she said she had a fear of being pickled 😂
I totally get Dany's aversion to tickling! I had a sister like that. She would go ballistic if anyone tried to tickle her.💀 Bite, scratch, kick.. kill you in your sleep, you know, all the normal sibling stuff.🤣Just anything to get away from it. It's kind of funny that Pau has such a 'macabre' sense of humor, and yet she's terrified of death. You can see it in all the videos she's directed.☠ Ale, and the fear of meeting new people, and social media stuff, I can relate to on a personal level! I'm pretty outgoing once I know you, but the initial 'meeting' part is rough.😉
I have to agree when Ale's fear are bugs. My friends say bugs are way smaller than us, yes i know i just think bugs are creepy especially those large flying roaches... Nope lol.

Ale speaks through her bass. You see her come to life when the song starts, just so in charge and so strong. She may be shy but when she plays she seems to have no fear.

It's interesting to hear that Pau sounds more like she's from Houston than Mexico, but the other 2 still have their accents.

Everybody has an accent, regardless of the language. Even native speakers. Stop it already.
@@adrianfragosolinares3368 I agree but every region has a slight difference in the way they say things, he only meant that Pau sounds like she’s from Texas while Dany and Ale still conserve their tone and cadence from the north of Mexico when they speak English, nothing wrong with saying that.
@@Jmg831if you go to their 2015 interview from when they were little you can hear that Pau had less of an accent but you still hear it… but now Pau is the main one forgetting words in English and sometimes need help from her sisters😂

It’s like seeing the kids from despicable me all grown up.
Pau you lived a life before this, in the womb. When you transitioned from that life to this one, notice your first reaction was fear and pain...but then you figured out this life is so much better.
Now you are in this world. It's brief too since it's purpose is to show the Creator who you choose to be.
You have chosen beautifully. Using the Creator's gifts to the fullest.
But as you can see, Earth is small. The heavens are so much grander (and that's just the part your telescope shows). Transitioning from this life to the next, the first reaction is fear, but afterwards...immense happiness and glory.
The best part of your life is yet to come.

Dany and I are similar about tickling. I hate it. I warned all my ex-partners "don't tickle me, I get very aggressive." But just by saying that - they attempt to tickle me. Punched a few, kicked a few. Woman or not - I'm gonna smack you if you tickle me.

Pau, I don't know if your parents instilled any spiritual faith on you, but I think they did. Having Jesus as your Lord of your life will help you overcome the fear of dying. Jesus said, "I'm the resurrection and the life, He that believes in me, though he died. Shall live again. I love you girls' music, and I pray for you girls and your team every day, and you're my favorite band, and I admire and respect the path you girls took to get there. I love you girls like you are my daughters. You all are beautiful and very sooooo talented. Please stay classy as you can make a big difference in the younger generations' society. It's what is needed right now. Love and respect.

One of their biggest fears seems to be taking some lessons and learning their instruments better. That's some simpleton stuff they put together.
Not all music has to be technically sound. Not every band has to be Dream Theater. Their “simple” sound is good as is because it works for them.
Understandable, they're young, fear of death to them is real. When you get older its more acceptable. Like whatever happens, happens.
