Had the greatest fun and pleasure playing Prince Charming and lucky enough to suggest a 'fencing moment' which was created in this entertaining production.
Thank you so much for your contribution to Society as you have brought joy and happiness to many. This was one of my favorite childhood memories. my sisters and I have been searching for the last 11 years for this even on my visits to London I would search for it. Now I finally found it and we are all going to watch it after 25 years since we where kids. With love from the UAE 🇦🇪❤️
I remember this show as a kid. We recorded it and used to watch it at Christmas - thank you for being part of such an entertaining show! Glad I found it as my kids can watch it now

My grandparents taped this on VHS, but the end was missing, so I have never seen the end of this! Even asked Stephen Mulhern when he was presenting CITV at Birmingham to see if he could find it in the archives, but he couldn’t!
1986 was a great year for Cheryl - presenting the Saturday Picture Show on BBC1, Bucks Fizz back in the charts, a panellist on New Faces, pranked by Beadle and the leading role in this star studded lavish panto 😊
Goodness, just seem this mad I’m excited to watch it. I know it’s a long shot but I saw Danny and Alan Hayes as the two Cinderella sisters in Bournemouth circa 1963/3. Any footage. I know it’s a very long time ago but they were wonderful and it would bring back a few memories. I saw Danny many times in Hanover Square but I’d love an older memory
Love Danny to bits but he was far to Glam to play dame. It takes much more raw bawdiness and send up. Not Glam wigs n frocks. He was amazing, but never a Panto dame.

Well-spotted. It's Roy Kinnear, who played Veruca's dad in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory".
He looks like basle the brash show

Right. This role was written for Divine, I would think.
