There are some advantages to featured artists, but it is nice to have a full contingent. In Butter, Cesar still has his fan. There is a lot of play going on in that one. This is one of my top ten for its originality.

Dont get me wrong. She is great. And as they are low on available people she would be a good fit from previous collabs. But I feel they could find a better fit with the dynamics of the band. I dont feel they would make her a permanent member, especially with Cesar in now. He covers a wider range than her in my opinion, dynamically that is. Edit. Bea Miller would be awesome to hear on a track with them, she sounds like Adriana but raspy. I dont think high school is a 100% deal breaker either.
I’d love if Deejay joined too! I’m hoping that the Hamilton tour isn’t that long, so he could join them when it’s over. But I’m quite sure that it’s very much wishful thinking... 😌
Not certain, but I think Adriana was about 16 (some say 17) when VP did the "happy birthday, come sing with us" video, and that was Sept. 2019. So, in a couple of months she'll probably be 18 or 19. I really love her voice, but when I thought about what they said about Cesar, I realized she really needs more sass to stand on her own in this group. There's a lot of powerful energy from each of the group members. Rachel can meet them on an equal footing, I'm not sure Adriana can yet. Ah well, just speculation. They will do what they will do.
she’s a great singer but because she’s so young I think she probably has other things to consider at the moment. It’s one thing to have the occasional collaboration with her parents friends and quite another to be a permanent group member
@@gilliandrysdale5306 I mean...sure. that accurate. But at 16 I was touring lightly. Billie English started at 16. It is totally an option depending on her choices for the future. I dont know a whole lot about her personal story though either.

Adriana is still in school, so not an option to have her full time, certainly not yet. But she is very good and fits in well.
