I hope it was intentional, but they spelled "Lose" wrong on the (next to) last page. Maybe that's why all the chaos? If not, they could have looked it up?
Expect the unexpected with VP. 😆I'm completely with you, it's unbelievable and great, how they always surprise. With their choice of song/s or technically/musically. And as you said, it's great that they switch genres and in some way the “seriousness” with every project. Whether they embody crazy acting Grundles, warbling classical melodies or approach iconic metal songs and upgrade them by vocal technique and vioLayne - VP never gets boring. 🤩
"Once Upon a Time" maybe? This was genius just like the "HotMK" and so much fun! Just for a fun fact that was Layne imitating Geoff's voice being stolen and nailed it. Layne hinted there may be another way on down the road but Geoff said nope there won't, so I figure they'll do more.. ...and incidentally I Can't wait for you to see Geoff's next release I think you are gonna love it!
I loved this one 🥰🥰 Doing Layne’s part the flame goes orange you also see a hint of green , mix them together and it’s like a carrot 😂 someone also pointed out his horns was now green , I didn’t even see that little Easter egg till it was pointed out 😂 green horns and orange skin , Carrot lord just had to show himself in such a clever way 🥰🤣
Love Voiceplay and all their craziness. To me this song gives off a kind of The Sorcerer's Apprentice vibes, but the Sorceress is still around and keeps chaos from occurring. Thanks for your reaction 😊
They said they plan to do these characters again but it's going to be awhile. The name of each piece are in the details where the credits are. They did 12. The last was In The Hall of The Mountain King. Clever idea. there.
Poor Eli. He saw it coming and tried to warn the others, but they weren't paying attention. And after he worked so hard to get them all out of wherever they were banished to last time 🤣
Every time I watch this or read comments I learn something new. Recently I read a comment from someone who pointed out that when Rachel took the book back from Eli his green magic went back into the fire. This time I noticed that when Eli threw his love spell and the pink clouds drifted down over Rachel and Layne , Eli was making conjuring hand gestures. I thought of Mr. Burns in the Simpsons with his little hand movements like doing bad stuff here. Some of those they changed so much in either tempo or the addition of the crazy beatboxing that it took a moment to identify which song it was. It took me forever to figure out that it was Fur Elise at the end. And then I looked at the description and found out that yes indeed it was. 🤦🏼♀️
Geoff Castellucci released his new video Saturday..... Song of Durin. Absolutely beautiful and amazing. The dwarves are back and they brought a friend. Also. Voiceplay is releasing their new video next Friday the 27th at noon est..... Be Prepared. Geoff makes a fantastic Scar.
You can see the names (and composers) of all the song in the medley pinned in the description. You enjoyed Bach, Beethoven (including Beethoven's 5th Symphony), Mozart, Grieg, Offenbach, and many others--including (gasp) opera (Bizet). Laine arranged this and he's simply a genius. I grew up listening to (and playing) classical music and I simply love this!
First of all, AWESOME by VP!! Great to see a reaction video keep up with the Grundels story. So incredible. Costume, arrangement, musical talent, acting.... all amazing. Thanks.
Not sure how I missed this when you posted it, but I love this reaction. You catch so many details the first time out, and that makes it so much more fun. 😆
I don't know why people think that thigs like this are just for Halloween. I guess that for a lot of of Americans Halloweenis such a big thing. And I guess you're not familiar with classical music either. These characters are called the Grundels. Grundel is a noun that means a small, ugly, or unpleasant person or thing. It's also another name for the chad, a type of fish. Also a slang term for the perineum. Make of that what you will.
I'm familiar, I recognized nearly every tune just couldn't tell you the composer. At one time in my life I would've known a few but it's been years since I studied up on my Classical composers.
VP calls these creatures Grundels. Rachel is portraying the White Witch.
Love it
Once upon a time its on Disney Plus now, love your reactions
Thanks!

What would Layne choose to use as a "spell" book? A dictionary, what else.😂 Love your reaction.
🤣 Gotta love layne, access to all manner of costumes and special effects, but decides to keep a dictionary as the spell book.
I hope it was intentional, but they spelled "Lose" wrong on the (next to) last page. Maybe that's why all the chaos? If not, they could have looked it up?
@@seanandrechak1940 It was done on purpose, if you look close you can see the loose page when Rachel grabs the book from Eli.

Did you miss Cesar's dancing can-can ? These guys are incredible !!
I did! I'm going back!
Love Voiceplay and all their craziness.

Thanks for your reaction 😊
She is the white witch, conjured them to assist on a spell and they only cared to have fun messing around and with her book lol
I like that take on it!

Voiceplay is just the best, every time!!!
🤝
They're acting like Naughty Gremlins or Goblins. Love it!
Love your Voice Play reactions and analysis- thanks!
Happy to do it!
It is like she is the instructor and the others are unruly students messing with the book.
Exactly!

I enjoyed your reaction. I think Layne wants to do a third part but it won’t be for a while ❤🏴
I can't wait
On the original video in the extended notes are all 12 songs that were mashed together.

Looney Tunes Classical keep-away. You can tell it's Layne 🤣
It's such a brilliant idea.
In Valhalla Calling, Geoff sustains a B0 for 15 full seconds. He's got incredible breath control.

I love their acting!! 😂
The show was called Once upon a time, think it was on abc or cbs
It looks like Geoff wants to be Frankenstein in the next one. Why? Because snitches get stitches.
😂 Gotta put him in his place after that one😤
