Dead Cat is objectively better than holy mantle specifically for Tainted Lost. This is because Tainted Lost already finds Holy Cards relatively often, meaning you are already going to have a Mantle active a lot of the time.

I made the randomizer myself for stream! It's all locally hosted so sadly you can't use my exact one, but I based it off of a randomizer you can find here: trpg0.github.io/TBOI-Random-Generator/
It does have a few bugs but it should work a-ok for casual use
