THIS IS THE MOST WONDERFUL AND AMAZING TRAVEL DOCUMENTARY I HAVE EVER SEEN!. THANK YOU. - I watch all your Venture Boats trips (Aleutians, Alaska, British Columbia, Europe, Ireland, England, California, Idaho, New York). All videos are properly edited and perfectly presented. All landscapes, scenes, nature, blue sky, grey sky, deep blue sea make me feel so good. I enjoy watching all your videos (on my 72" flat screen TV - SONY) all time, every weekend from my home in Los Angeles. Even though I am not fortunate like you to circumnavigate the globe and travel on own boat, your sea journey and wonderful voyage videos have brought many delights and good feeling to me. We all ordinary people are grateful to you (Gratitude) for your generous and wonderful presentations. Thank you.
Your video illustrates just how such a one should be made: perfectly paced narration; unobtrusive, relaxing background music; beautiful photography capturing the essence of wherever you happen to be. Thank you.
Your videos have turned me on to "Riding The Tide" A Memoir. What a life! I'm savoring every book within a book. Not many people have accomplished what this man has done. Incredible! Thank You for sharing.
I wish there had been more on the Alaska coast. I grew up on boats on the Great Barrier Reef, Torres Strait and Gulf of Carpentaria in Queensland, Australia in the 80s and early 90s. I can't even begin to convey how lucky I was and how grateful I am to my father for dragging me along on every trip he could.
Thank you for sharing your experience with those who can't experience your exposure to life as you did. You make us all feel richer. Thank you, thank you!
I wish to thank you for sharing your wonderful adventure at exploring the world the way you did. I found your other video, especially that one of exploring the west coast of Vancouver island, also absolutely amazing. I am old now and as I reflect on life, it is clear that that there was so much more I could have done, if only I had not been so blind. I feel I need to apologize for having wasted so many years, and at the same time, I also experience gratitude for having been part of it all. I experience your videos like an invitation to share your wonderful adventures, and for that. I once more thank you very much and I wish you the best with many more years of adventures exploring the world.
Thank you so much for your nice comments. I am nor exactly a spring chicken myself but, after missing out on a school trip to Svalbard in my teens because I preferred to spend the holidays at home, I swore I would never pass up any opportunity that subsequently came my way. I make the videos because (a) I enjoy the creative process and (b) because I want to share the experience I have been lucky enough to enjoy. Thank you for writing to let me know. It is a great encouragement to try harder. Be sure to check out additional videos on Vimeo.com/tonyfleming.
Just wanted to say a quick thank you for sharing the incredible videos and photos of your trips on the motor yacht Venture. Your use of drone footage and excellent narrative create a captivating viewing experience that I thoroughly enjoy. Your unique perspective and talent for capturing the essence of each location are truly impressive. The way you use your drone to create breathtaking aerial footage adds a whole new dimension to your videos and allows your audience to experience the beauty of the landscapes from a new perspective. Thank you for sharing your amazing work with the world. I appreciate the effort you put into each video and I look forward to seeing more of your adventures on the Venture.
Your commentary is so soothing and informative - like poetry at times. I have really enjoyed the videos I’ve seen so far. Thank you for bringing us along on your adventures!
I from the south shore of Boston area, lived on the ocean my whole life, something about the ocean that sparks primitive part of my brain, this is a great way to get the views of a ocean voyage, thank you very much. 🙏🌎🇺🇸🇨🇦
Thanks for uploading, Tony. You're the one of two builders I know of, who will take your yacht to beautiful places and share the wonderful experience of it. But you are the better narrator.
i am in the sunset of my life and battle with kidney failure; i have chosen to enjoy my interest in world travel by watching others. The quality is amazing! im confined to a wheelchair but have a huge screen to watch this video. your voice and the way you captured the vistas is wonderful. i am simply at awe in the beauty of places in the world. you are very skilled and drew me into your ventures. i am merely a old man; retired Professional Artist of man and nature. at one time i could have painted the vistas of places that you went here. it thrills my soul to watch your journey here. Personally very fulfilling! im going to subscribe for as long as i can watch. Sincerely, if its okay as a producer i would like to meet you, if only on the other side....
I am very sorry to hear that you are confined to a wheel chair with medical problems. I have been most touched by your comments that my videos are able to provide you with some pleasure. I am also very pleased that you can watch them on a huge screen as the videos shot in the last two years were shot in Ultra HiDef and I am a bit dismayed when people watch them on a tiny screen! At 85, I am no spring chicken myself and making videos is my hobby. It is a wonderful boost to receive comments like yours. Thank you.
@@FlemingYachts Thank you for your kind words.well im only 57 so i guess id be the spring chicken.Again please allow me to say once more; your video was awesome. i thoroughly enjoyed so many beautiful vistas. your comments were helpful to set each shot up. im here in W. Brilliant videos. Just discovered your videos a few days ago. The quality is excellent and the scenery spectacular. Thank you so much for sharing your travels with us.
This video is the nicest, most educational and beautiful one I have ever watched! Thank you for sharing this, I felt as though I were on the voyage with you all :)
excellent is the last word how professional this video is made with the right background music who choose it has a musical ear and excellent taste thank you.
For the last 16years, I haven't had a sleep unless I'm listening some sort of a long documentary. Its the only way I numb my worries and uncertainty of life. Mostly, my prefer documentaries are those who have a good narrator and verey soft background music. I don't watch the video but listen untill I fall a sleep. As soon as the video stop's I wake up and replay the video over and over again. For it's scenery, narrating and gentle soft mosic, this video is a masterpiece. Its the most beatufull documenary one has ever produced. I'm very humble and appriciate for sharing with us.522114
joseph-mario pelerin sailing your own boat to do this kind of trip is totally possible with a budget within reach of most people. Use a 30 year old sturdy built sailing yacht. Stay away from marinas. Save a couple years and go.
Wonderful presentation! Venture caught my eye as it was the name of my fathers first power boat a 26 foot steel craft in San Francisco Bay. This gave me a love of boating and my passion was sailing.
Strangely relaxing. Oh up untill Ventures passage on the canal, when she started clipping the lawns of the suburban backyards. Lovely boat, thanks for sharing.
What a wonderful voyage and what a fairy tell like story. Thank you sir for sharing with us such wonderful memoars for free to admire the gift of God on this beutiful planet of ours. If any one can not understand what i am saying Just jump to timeline @18:22 on this video where those two birds making a comic drama...just like from Charli Chaplin's "Easy street" movie. Is that not glamourous? I couldn't even Imagine the amount of money they will be paied if those birds were human film actors. May God bless venture and every one who sail in her. Hoist the colour boys and take venture to her next destination!💪💪💪💪

What a wonderful video with exceptional content, filming and dialogue. This should be available on PBS and more than TH-cam for all to enjoy. It's a great vicarious way for many to partially share in one of the most unique ways to experience the oceans, canals and all that goes with it. Many, many thanks for going the extra mile by providing a '10' of a travelogue by boat.
The 1959 trip through Africa showed up in my suggested videos. I was hooked by your narration style & the music, not to mention the photos. Then the Aleutians trip had me in awe. Subscribed and shared!
Thank you. This journey had you passing through Cape Canaveral, and that is where I was during that time. What a great journey this was. Breathtaking scenery and the filming was stunning. ❤
32:45 the boat pictured there is called the Jolly II Rover. One hell of a boat. I sailed aboard it for a couple of weeks out of the keys into the Caribbean and had a blast. The boat when underway has red sails and quite a sight to see.
I have thoroughly enjoyed all of your videos so far, they are beautifully narrated, informative, very professionally edited and produced and of exceptional video quality and this one is no exception to that. I'm looking forward to more of them and I wish you fair weather and following seas as you continue your adventures.
I'm only half way through this vid and it's one of the best I've seen in quite awhile. Fantastic scenery, good narration and excellent music. This beats shows I've seen on the Planet Earth series.
The journey north up the east coast of North America is usually considered one of endurance and not pleasurable. It is referred to as going uphill as it is against the prevailing wind and waves which can be enormous. I don't think you will find many accounts of that transit unless it is under the title of something like "How I survived"!
Tammie Bonner - I am very sorry if he said it already ( I was to fascinated by the views to take notice ) but did anyone catch how long this took? Thanks.
Another lovely video. Loved it. Wish uou showed the part up the Hudson, through New York State on through Lake Champlain and on ti Montreal and the St. Lawrence Seaway. Anyway, thanks again. Loved your North Pole trip as well.

One of the finest documentary I have ever seen. This guy takes time to explain in detail every attraction. Congrats to the team.
This has got to be one of the finest quality videos on TH-cam.
Totally agree. 100% pure entertainment.
Agreed, mr Fleming is a gifted storyteller and builder
