Instead of following illustrator tutorials I just follow your art tutorials bc you explain everything so well, and they have helped me 100x more than anything else has
This is such a cool demonstration, methodically delivered (and completely clear at a pretty brisk pace). A lot of helpful tips in a single demonstration.
I love that I don't need to scroll through your videos because you speak very fast but still manage to keep it short and to the point. Thank you for sharing these tips and tricks
19:47 "black 0" is meant to be black 40 - Great video, want to put it out there in case people are wondering why the color isn't the same is they follow verbatim
Hi, Nathan. When creating smaller objects you can use mathematical actions in the object size windows :) example: 350px / 7 then the Illustrator calculates the size of the new object itself. I apologise for my English. You do a great job, I learn a lot from your films.
20:43: please don't mind yourself with it, nathaniel, ;) i'm sure everyone here is deeply grateful to you, that you so often so eagerly (and with such a swiftness) lead us through your entire process of recreating your sophisticated and beautiful artworks: from theirs very first shapes, to theirs very last touches. i've been learning so much from them..
I MADE IT!!! It's so cute thank you so much for your awesome tutorial!! This is one of the best and most simple artworks for beginners like me, thanks so much :))))
I love this and I am going to post this on Instagram like you said, when I do I'll definitely tag you! Thank you for this tutorial, the little fire looks amazing and it's really cute. I also love how you teach and how you edit your videos with the zooms to help us out, it's really useful!
Blend modes are much more appropriate when trying to create transparent effects. Especially when printing. Absolutely unpredictable when working with multiple colors.
Hey! ‘ve been watching a lot of your videos lately and I’ve learnt a lot in the process. However, I’m kinda confused about how do you know what colour fits best for your artwork? Also how do you match the ‘fire’ colour to the ‘shadow colour’, if it was me, I would have just made the shadow black, but you chose a rather dark purple colour. Really love your tutorials! Thank you so much
at min 16:05 can anyone please explain to me how has he moved the anchor slowly ( using the keyboard shortcut; the regular anchor drag is shift + down, but Im not sure what to press with that to move it with a shorter distance )

Following your process, cmyk along with transparency and blend modes, can we print such designs without any distortion in colour?
