I thought only having one 8 drop for the quest would be a bad idea, but considering it isn’t a minion that can be pulled by rat/eaten by Mutanus or a spell that can be locked out by Loatheb and other spell cost effects makes it pretty solid
also considering the very little amount of matchups u actually need the shard to win in makes it so putting multiple 8 drops just makes your deck worse

I usually put the new "Twisting Nether" for priest that costs 8 too, saved me multiple times cz it's important sometimes to clear the entire board and finish the quest at the same time so you can safely play the reward next turn.

Now i would not try to argue that i have any right to attention, or that my suggestions be listened to. HOWEVER! I have not yet given up on asking for hack the system. If my non demand continues to be ignored, nothing will really happen, and i would still watch your excellent videos.

Roffle is actually insane. He draws the quest every time
Benedictus seems to have a negative effect on the deck. He can turn off Reno effects and you don’t need to go for a fatigue win because you just have the quest reward to finish off your opponent. I think the priest Colossal minion would do better in the 7-drop slot

It's true that Bene does not fit if you are playing the quest, although I'd play him anytime instead of the boring plain quest if I have to decide between the two. At least you can have more fun from time to time. I play Bene and Elise (pack) for ultimate value, along with N'zoth package. The deck has resources do to very well vs aggro and also to outvalue majority of control decks, and not only that, you actually have fun playing it because there are many discover cards and also unpredictable outcomes. :)

And I’m planing to try it, with that 4 mana “Dragon cost 2 less” Legendary with unpronounceable name…

This just makes me wonder if you can make a "Win Condition Deck" a deck with ALL the win conditions. (Or as many as possible.) This sadly only contains about 2.5 win conditions but it's a start.

You think that dragon priest has a old list? Earlier this week my opponent literally dropped a spider tank and a cogmaster on my board. I guess they heard mech mage was strong again and wanted in on the action i guess??
This deck is pretty sweet, I played it this month and I have some big fun with it
Also some big pain with some unwinnable match-up(or winnable with much of luck) like quest mage, Questline hunter, meca'chtune warlock, c'thun druide and some kind of combo deck I forgot
Currently I’m climbing on a real similar deck.
I agree with Questline Hunter/Quest Mage, those match-ups are indeed almost unwindable.
But, you got a minimum of 2 cards in the deck-list (Rat,Mut) what can be used as a counter to Mecha-Chtune

i mean they’re not good enough. like you never gonna be finishing the quest except for super slow matchups, and you’ll just draw it anyway in those matchups.

This and big priest are the only two priest decks I’ve ever liked. Everything else feels so cheesy and cheap IMO
Reno, Big, Mill, and Death rattle priests I disliked at some point. I don't mind most priest decks now but I will always dislike why mill deck. Mill decks are so bloody annoying.
In that last game my man really said what are the worst cards I can build a Reno deck with?

How is that wasting your time? They are free to play the game as they choose. You're playing a video game and complaining about wasting time.
The rogue was playing a super aggro deck. This means it is a waste of time to play further when the control deck is in this extreme powerful position. So yes he wasted the time of Roffle and himself instead to go next match and have a chance to win. He would not play a super aggro deck if he wanted to climb the ladder slowly. Important part of playing aggro on ladder is to know when he has zero hope of winning.
