im really happy they made shadow priest a thing in the recent expansions! Honestly, im surprised it too them this long considering, while yes, priest is mainly a healing class in wow. They also have a DPS spec called shadow. Gotta love my wow class flavour in HS
It's always existed (shadowform) but it's just never been anywhere near good until they made benedictus

Priest hasn't been a mainly healing class in wow for a very VERY long time.
@@abrahamovicovski I mean if shadows current state in DF and blizzards dislike of discipline most of the time I agree haha
@@vendeten priest is an above average dps class since cataclysm. Definitely sub healing. Was the top preference of both dps and healing on 3.3.5, long lost days.

Ah yes. I remember the exact moment Roffle got his butt handed to him by this deck while playing Rivendare Priest, because the entirety of chat was arguing about whether he should have been playing around Silence or not and then everyone got blindsided by the Voidtouched into Astalor combo including Roffle. It's a really cool deck though and I hope Roffle refined it.

When did they add that gaining dk cards grants you the corpse counter?
Wait, do all classes gain corpses? Was it always like that?
its a new change. stolen DK cards give you a corpse counter, which only buffs thief priest and burgle rogue, but I think its a good change.

Can someone explain why the Grave Strength at 26:55 only gave +3 attack and didn't consume the corpses despite the opponent having enough to do so?
It did consume 5 corpses though and that's why it gave +3 attack to that one ghoul. Otherwise it would give +1.
DK has 12 corpses, plays the Grave Strength, is left with 7
Everything happened as it should
I'm confused, how did roffle get a corpse counter as a priest?
In a recent patch, if you somehow get a DK card that uses corpses as a non-DK, the counter will appear. It keeps count in the background and only displays after getting a card.

It's hard to believe that Reno Priest is actually a fair deck now. It was so oppressive at one point.
It can still do some pretty ridiculous things like outgrind Secret Mage out of all things and push for damage like few others. However, it is very punishing if your build isn't tailored to your pocket meta.
Really amusing watching all these aggro decks trade into you in the late game because they see Shadow Priest and think you must also be aggro
