- Welcome to this level up ab workout that's perfect for beginners and seniors. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds with the option to stick with the beginner move or choose the more advanced version the second time through.
Strengthen your core at your own pace! The mini ball is optional in this workout, all exercises can be done without a ball. You could also use a rolled up towel in place of the ball or a stuffed animal, be creative!

Can I do It if i have osteopenia?
