Hell, I only tuned in into scII after stats had joined the military. I knew he was good, but THIS good?
Now we only need Zest back.
Trap is also a very good protoss player that will finish military at the end of 2024. Rogue is also back at the end of 2024, he is the only other player who had 2 IEM katowice like Serral. Unfortunately Zest is retired, so i don't think he will be back.

I agree that huge mothership cant be abducted by this tiny Mosquito and its not fair. Mothership shouldn't be abducted. Its a big disbalance
I am glad that STATS come back, and he plays the same or even better than Dark. So its interesting to see his games against Clem and Serral )
Well, i'm sure Dark is not at his best right now, but still glad to see Stats getting better again. Before military service he and Rogue were the only players who could stop Serral. We need those guys back to end Finnish monopoly.
Dark made the semi-finals of iem katowice and was the only person in the playoffs to take a map off serall. I think he's in pretty good shape overall 😀
@@Mysterio2243 nah, at his best form he won blizzcon and was equal to Serral. Sometimes even better than him. During last IEM he was not even close to that level. You don't call someone The Last Boss for being able to take one map in semifinals. I would love to say that Stats won this just because he became as strong as he used to be, but it's too good to be true. And Dark lost to Classic that day, so it's clearly not his best form. At least in ZvP.
@@wearegoingbackwardsMaybe it's not the absolute best he has ever been. But he def. is in top form and looked VERY strong in IEM. I think you vastly underestimate how much stronger serral has become since then.

You gain at least one easy overloard and loads of map control. Zerg go so good at defending oracles xD
Expensive, slow, no good harassment. Plus only some Zerg are good at defending oracles. Usually they can get a few drones before they’re too damaged to go on. Plus they have great mid game utility.
Everything Andrew said is spot on plus, when a Zerg sees opening void sure they may lose an overlord but behind it they will just drone infinitely because that means there is 0 threat against them. Don’t even need spores to deal with a void.
@@KonaKreator honestly if you see a void opening you should be wondering what the protoss is wanting to hide behind it. Because the only valid reason to go void opening is to deny scouting, and it's really good at that.
unless you really want to deny scouting or are worried about roaches, oracles just have a higher potential payoff while also being better to have in the midgame. Oracles are fast, they can provide vision, they can lay down stasis wards, they can pressure the enemy economy and force the opponent to spend money on spore crawlers, and if they can get drone kills on top of that, they can secure you a lead.
