Oh that feminine tender flow, great feel and dynamiics . So much alternating expression here . I listened to a very talented competent young male musician doing this but his feel was , well lol young and only masculine energetically ,bashing away at the piano like he was pounding clay 🤣and regimated all the nuances were missing which to me is the whole purpose of this piece energetically and emotionally .

Lovely playing, Pires is my favorite Mozart performer. This sonata reminds me so much of Beethoven, especially the first theme of the third movement.

this is so beautifully played. I have to do an analysis on the first movement and her playing makes it so easy to follow.
It is important to note at the beginning of the exposition the sudden modulation to the minor relative and the use of the diminished seventh chord.

O povo fica inventando história,já ouvi várias versões desta sonata e gostei de todas.Cada artista sente a música a sua maneira,música não tem um padrão,só na Alemanha e que eles acham que todo mundo tem que ser igual e todo artista uma cópia do outro senão não presta e porisso inventaram esses masterclasses pra o povo aprender a imitar os famosos......👀

@@dvdgrog Ingrid Haebler has an approach similar to Alicia de Larrocha's but her (Haebler's) technique is cleaner and her legato more 'singing-like'. I just love her calm and absolute rhythmical precision! (Now I'd prefer her playing over Joao Pires's.)@Nacho Perito Usually, I like Uchida's playing very much but at this sonata it seems as if she had not so much of an idea how to make dynamic contrasts inside of the periods. I feel like she is making a - theoretically seen - even for Mozart quite simple sonata even more simple.
